Remarks :
I prepared for the NEET exam with the help of Aakash Institute but sadly my exam was during COVID time and I was pretty exhausted so I didn’t score too well. Hence for my rank, this was the college I got. Else obviously a Government college would’ve been way more affordable and better! The good aspect of the college is that it’s quite far from any big city so we won’t waste time going outside here. Everything is pretty simple here and we can’t do any time pass much. So I felt that I’ll be able to focus more on my studies here and build my skills rather than wasting time like other college students would do in a new city. The patient intake is good here so we’ll gain a decent amount of exposure here in terms of practice and seeing new cases. The professors are also very qualified and knowledgeable so there’s no lack of information. The library was also a great resource and the new skills lab is perfect for those who want to practice in the simulation lab or get into research projects.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because I had an interest in medicine and felt that being a doctor is a very reputable profession with a pretty good salary. The exams were held quite regularly and moderately hard. Here if you solve the previous years’ question papers that’s enough to pass because just passing is more than enough in MBBS.
Internships Opportunities :
Well in Karnataka the rule is that we have to do our internship in the same college itself. Or else you have to pay a huge amount to go to another place so nobody does that generally. We have to work in the same college hospital for just a year and we get a stipend of 20k per month. But other colleges have different stipends.
Placement Experience :
Well MBBS doesn’t have placements as such for us the PG exam decides what we get to do next because nowadays a simple MBBS degree isn’t enough! Everyone already knows this hopefully. If you don’t then don’t even consider this degree.
Campus Life :
There used to be a college fest that everyone looked forward to but seniors made a scene two years ago so there’s no more college fest. Hence campus life is pretty boring, to be honest. But the relationship life is pretty chill as that’s the only thing going on dating and dating!

The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

All the faculties are extremely well qualified from top institutions of the world and they are all extremely approachable and nice. The term exams we had were split like CP1, CP2, and CP3 of 20+25+25 marks each. They were some easy ones, and some application based, which develops the engineering thinking mindset
