- The peer group you get is quite diverse with people from different backgrounds.
- The cultural and youth team of the college is very active under the guidance of Yogesh Chauhan sir.
Dislikes
- Sometimes, the faculty can be a bit egoistic in giving grades.
- The campus is a little bit away from the centre of VVN.
Remarks :
Many factors made me choose this college. The first one was its reputation among people and my interactions with alumni of the institute. Upon detailed discussion, I concurred that it would be a good choice for me. Admission was straightforward through the GUJCET/JEE Counselling process, I didn't need to prepare anything extra for the same.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum and faculty are truly some of the best. The curriculum is updated to current standards. The faculty is very experienced with most faculties having 10+ years of experience. There is one mid-sem exam each semester and an end-sem exam as well. Students can easily find access to MYSY scholarship from the govt of Gujarat.
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't opted for any internships as of now. We have a different system than most colleges. For us, we can intern at companies during the last semester of the degree. Mostly, students opting for placements go with this path while others get involved in projects.
Placement Experience :
Many companies visit the campus for placement like TCS, Tatvasoft, etc. Their criteria differ with different companies. Every year, a few students grab 8-9 LPA packages while the average lies at 3-4 LPA. Almost all students who oft for placements get it. I am planning to pursue a masters after my graduation.
Campus Life :
Life at GCET is fairly boring. But then, you are in Vidyanagar, so if you consider that, life is fun. I stayed at the college hostel for the first year and then changed to a private pg. The infrastructure is well established with a good library, great classes, and much more. Multiple clubs and societies are also available on campus like IEEE, CSI, etc.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria to sit in the placement is to score more than 60 percentage in the Semester exams as the companies come with the criteria for the percentage. Apart from this eligibility is depend on the company and if Certification course and skills are there than it is a plus point and also advisable.

the college are gives the placements only limited students not all students . some students take the higher opportunities placements in this college . the company are invited limites salary and offers normally rs 5-6 LPA .

The placements for M. Pharmacy is 90% lj ip is the best college in the Ahmedabad for pharmacy, commerce, class room etc the placements is too good in lok jagruti institute of pharmacy the placements for commerce is also good

They are good after m pharma around 90% but after b pharma not much because students opt to go for further education overall it’s is good and students a can rely on placement after completion of their course

Average CGPA should be more than 8. Packages providing will be approx 1.5-3.0 LPA. The placement is about 90%. The packages provided are good and satisfactory. After completing this bachelor's degree I would go for masters degree.

Plans after course generally comprise of of masters, as there is saturation of jobs in B. Pharm market, and masters help in skill development and making students employable in the industry as well as education.

All the faculties in the teaching staff are well qualified and give really good guidance for the curriculum and practical knowledge for each and every subject. The faculties also encourage participation in various extra curricular activities to enhance social networking and other skills.

Curriculum is well structured. The faculty members are also very knowledgeable and helpful whenever we need guidance they are always ready to help and exams are taken may times in one sem like we have mid sem 1 and 2 and internal practical and external practical and final end semester exam.

I havent got any job offer or placement from this University because i m a Diploma student but i will definitely try to search by myself for the job opportunities.I would rather handle my home business may be an 9 to 5 Job.
