- by coming to this college you can get to have a good communication skills as they have to talk to you in English(if you are from north).So that's the best thing for me.
- Talking about infrastructure it is quite decent and compared to tier-3 colleges it is good they were having 2 hostels 1 for 1st Year students and 2nd for all. the campus life is very socialising and you can interact with people there. But if you are from north i would highly recommend you to take college in north because the enjoyment which you will get there you can't get here as language is barrier here ok you can talk in english with all but you won't get the feel of doing enginnering.
Dislikes
- Some faculties are very arrogent and they are in there own attitude and if they start targeting then you cant do any thing ofcourse if you are good in academics then these things don't matter at all. but yes this is one of the problems which my friends faced
- And the Food it is very worst which you cant eat at all if you are from north they only give rice and rice. In night i never eat food in the mess means always i have to eat outside.The cost of hostel is too high when compared with food it is 65000(3 sharing),67000(2 sharing),69000 single room.
Remarks :
No other factors attracted me it was just that i was not having any other options available so then i had taken this college .The admission process was simple you have to give a online based test which they call as COMED-K and after that they conduct 2 rounds of counselling that may extended to 3 rounds.
Course Curriculum Overview :
They are following the old curriculum till now but as i was from 2021-25 batch i was in NEP scheme so it was a lil different but overall it is not that much difficult. Talking about Academics they really don't follow any type of academic calendar they make always they will differ from what they do. Some Faculties here are very arrogant towards there native language means while talking they will let you fell that .It just happened with me that i went to office to take bonafied certificate there the dean himself was sitting and said what happend (In Kannada) I said Sir I want bonafied certificate he said what? then the person near to him said study certificate.
Internships Opportunities :
Till now i haven't done any internship but yes i am thinking to do that in this semester from campus you can;t expect to get a internship you have to go off-campus and try for a internship usually they give a break of 2 months in 8th semester to do a internship.
Placement Experience :
placements and job opportunities vary every year -year so previously it was having a good placements which was 20 lpa highest package and 5 lpa as a average package but now as reccesion is going on it impacted here also. I am also thinking of taking a campus placement and get a decent job.
Campus Life :
Campus life is quite good. There a canteen and park and an outdoor stadium its having a quite decent infrastructure here. Talking about clubs so till 2022 there was not so many clubs was there but after that we had taken responsibilities and re-opend two clubs which is GLUG and GSOC and there was a HACK Club which was already there so all these clubs are related to coding and IEEE is also there. Here you won't see any cultural or any drama clubs. Yes, I opted for Hostel it is quite decent for accommodation but not in matter of food as they have purely follow south indian food style so in a week you will get 3 days rice in breakfast and 2 days dosas and 1 day they give idli and 1 day they give bread and omlet so this was about breakfast and 2 days you will get rice in lunch they will not give roti on that day and rest of days they give 2 roti they will not give 1 extra roti and in dinner you will only get rice sambhar all the 7 days many northies student don't eat in night.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
