- Strictness-As while entering the college campus the guards even check your socks and I'd card
- Hostel Food - The food provided in hostel isn't that much appreciating.
Remarks :
After my 12th I decided to pursue my UG program from Bhopal itself then I've surveyed the best colleges in Bhopal and then I've to decided to go to The Bhopal School of Social Sciences(BSSS) for my UG degree as the college provides good faculty and provides good platform for the students those who want to grow in the field of business and life, placements are also good as this college have average placements of around 5-6 lakhs P.A. but this could be more good, Well talking about the admission process you need to score at least 70% in your 12th standard to be applicable for the BCom degree, and for BBA you should have a minimum score of at least 75% , you need to fill application and anti ragging form to complete the 1st step of your admission process and after the first step you'll have to go through the 2nd step i.e. interview round and remember 2nd step is the most crucial step so prepare thoroughly for that and them boom you'll be selected.
Course Curriculum Overview :
My course is BBA & I've chosen this course because this course helped me to learn more about management, business planning, organizing, staffing etc. The good thing about this college is the faculty members or the teachers they are best, they helps us to understand things in very concise, easy and in elaborative manner. The course duration is 3 years and have 6 semesters in the gap of 6 months , the difficulty of the exam is moderate, Medhavi scholarship is provided based on the performance of your 12th standard, the cost or fee for the program I'm pursuing is 160791 for 3 years.
Internships Opportunities :
The college do provide internship opportunities but those opportunities are offered by NGO's. As my field is finance and is different so I decided to go through the off campus internship opportunities.
Placement Experience :
Talking about the placements , our college have an average placements of around 6-7 lakhs per annum depending on the course or program you are choosing, companies like TCS, Wipro, Ditto etc, come for campus selections, my plan after doing this degree is to do MBA(finance).
Campus Life :
Life at BSSS is good as the campus is filled with greenery and have a positive environment, Well talking about the social life it totally depends on you what kind of group you choose and what kind of friends you make, the college organizes 1-2 fest's a year during winters in the month of October or december, talking about the clubs and societies we've drama club(for actors), Rhythm(for music lovers),invictus(for management) etc.. Our college have jamming room, 2 canteens, Gym's, 3 floor library, swimming pool etc. Thus this was all about the college campus.

Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa
Life at School Of Commerce, Devi Ahilya University
Placement Experience :
The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.

There's a good amount of placement opportunities but the only minus point is the Training and placement department is same for the other branches of this college such as Lakshmi Naraine college of Technology and science bhopal

If you are focused on your studies you can get really good opportunities here as companies like accenture,TCS, Wipro and Tata Mahindra come here every year and many more companies too. The college provides training and placement classes from 2nd year onwards.

MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
