- The college infrastructure could be a lot better.But the positive thing is that construction is under process.
- Faculty interaction with the students could be a lot better.
Remarks :
The main factor that led me to choose this college is the dream of being a teacher. This college was famous for its teaching education and offered many opportunities in this field. Yes, there is a written examination for admission to this college known as RIECEE. You have to clear that particular test and clear the cutoff and you will be in.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Since I opted for an integrated B.Ed. so the course was like a good mixture of both graduation subjects and the B.Ed. subjects. It gave equal weightage to both the fields. The faculty were all well-qualified that too from well-known institutions. As per the teaching method, it was okay not that much engaging but not too boring, if you are eager to learn. The external exams were held for years ( once a year) and the interwaswere held twice a year. Regular assignments have to be submitted to get internal marks in B.Ed. subjects and for the graduation subjects it is mandatory to attend practicals. The exam level was easy to moderate, nothing too difficult. The cost of study is reasonable as it also includes your food and hostel facilities so it will cost you around 2 lakh for the 4-year integrated course (i.e.50000 per year). A yearly scholarship was given to those students who had done pretty well in the entrance exam plus their annual income should be under 8 lakh per annum.
Internships Opportunities :
The internship cell is very active in the college and the internship takes place twice in the 4-year integrated course. One internship is for 10-15 days but the other that takes place in the last year of your degree is of 3 months duration. The schools in which internships are offered include KV and JNVs.So it's a very great experience, full of growth and exposure.
Placement Experience :
The placement happens every year. There are no such rigid eligibility criteria. Different schools come and they have their criteria. Some take written, some do interviews, and some do both things. The average package is around 3.6-4 lakh per annum and the highest is 4.8 lakh per annum. The schools that come are pretty much good but their location is very distant i.e. Gujrat, Chattisgarh, Tamil Nadu, etc. Around 20-40% get the placements If they do well. I am 2023 passed out and I have taken the placement and it was a great experience.
Campus Life :
Phenomenal. That's the word that comes to my mind whenever I think about my campus life. The social life is full of diversity as students from different states come here to study. It provides so much exposure and gives you a new point of view of life. But talking about formal campus life there were no fests as such but there were monthly functions like celebration of some important days and our festivals. The library is great including the infrastructure, availability of books, staff, and everything. Classrooms are okayish but construction is ongoing. There are many clubs made by the students themselves and recognized by the professors who organize events from time to time. Sports activities are held from time to time but there is a major inter-house competition in which all students participate with huge enthusiasm. As for the hostel, it's like a normal hostel with nothing fancy to offer. The food is mostly bearable and sometimes not at all bearable.

I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams

Yes, students had gotten placements via college in banking and private companies because after completing graduation i also got an opportunity through college but due to some circumstances, i hadn’t got that chance.

You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.

I really don't like placement of jecrc bcoz I don't see mt senior going to a great company out campus they are achieving good but in our campus we don't really get into good company they should have increased the number of companies in our college

Campus recruitment training is provided to all course students and it depends on the student whether they want to opt for it or not. After CRT, different companies come to the campus for their recruitment drive.

There is no campus placement here. Students who passed out from here some are finding jobs, some had their good family business and just wanted to get a degree and some started their own startup. College don't provide you any future security.

As every engineering college we get high placements in circuital branches but for non circuitals senior advice to study a particular language , DSA and all to get placements which is somewhere right because chances of circuital branch jobs are high.
