- College atmosphere is marvellous because college is located in the heart of the city with lots of trees
- The infrastructure of our college is unique because our college is buil in 19th century

- The canteen is small.3000+ students were studiying in this college
- The bathroom facilities is poor and also parking facilities
Remarks :
Maharajas College is the only government-autonomous college in Kerala and provides a wide variety of courses for UG as well as pg. Here students of different communities, religions, castes, and sexes study peacefully. If you want more freedom this is the college you were looking for. Many student political parties have actively participated in almost all the events in college especially for student welfare. The college is situated in the heart of the city near Subash Bose Park and Marine Drive. The drawback of college is that there is no placement cell. and sometimes political party disputes make our college's peaceful atmosphere wrong. On social media, there is a hate campaign against our colleagues especially by lgbtq+ hatters. the things they were saying are not fully correct. No ragging on our campus. The Maharaja's spirit among students is unbelievable. we were the champions of Kalotsavam held in Kottayam Most of the students belong to middle and lower class family
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculty were highly professional in teaching but the problem is that the exam is not conducted properly on time and there is no placement cell in our college. wide variety of courses are offered in our college
Internships Opportunities :
We need to attend an internship program as part of our project in our final year. Most of the students opted the companies near Ernakulam like Kila, FACT, etc but some of the students did not attend the internship
Placement Experience :
The main drawback of our college is there is no placement .but. Every year they were a job fair conducted by outsiders in our college. Most of the students were looking for preparation after completing the course.
Campus Life :
Our college has a high number of talented persons in the field of sports as well as the arts.Aimen,Azhar,Nihal were. Some of them. the college library is very large in the Ernakulam district .it inaugurated Only a few months before Only a few people got hostel admission the criteria are the person who lives far from the college (in kilometers) minimum of 150 + kilometers needed to get a college hostel due to limited availability of seats.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
