- The best thing about this college is the we'll experienced faculties and the academic validation we recieve here.We are guided through each of our doubts and there is a clarity of subject matter. The college also has a very good exposure to competitions like Moot court,debate,MUN's. We have different student commitees where we organise different events on our own with the support and guidance of faculties for pan India which helps us learn a lot, and provides us the exposure to improvise our skills. We have regular Sports Activities which does keep up the spirit of sports in us. The Attendance criteria is also flexible compared to others as it is of 75% which is easy to maintain.
- We have good classrooms with smart boards and comfortable table and benches and good lights. Proper hygiene is maintained and we have washrooms on each floor separate for girls/boys/disabled. While campus is covered under CCTV survivelance for security purpose.We have a gym which is well equipped.We also have our canteen which caters good and quality food.We also have a separate cafeteria for packed food items.The overall campus is well equipped and well maintained.
Dislikes
- The campus is not that big and hence we have to compromise with the campus life.Though we have enough space to sit and hangout with freinds. Discipline is firmly maintained and sometimes you may have to suffer. We rarely get holidays on festivals like Holi,navratri which I don't like.
Remarks :
Basically after the completion of my schooling I was very sure about my further studies and henceforth I was searching for a good law school out of my home city. I did fill forms for different colleges like Christ, Symbiosis,KLE,Alliance, Presidency etc. Every College had a similar interview process except for symbiosis. For these colleges, firstly there was an minimum eligibility criteria,for my course it was above 50% marks in sach subject in your 12th standard, then I was supposed to give an online interview screening and then if we were selected, we would be eligible for admission. I was selected for two colleges in Bangalore and 1 in Pune, I preferred to be in Bangalore as I thought that it would provide me a better exposure knowing the fact that I can do my internships here at different renowned IT Hubs, Companies etc. I choose KLE over the other Law Colleges as It was more prominent around academics and has a good reputation as it is the 3rd best pvt Law school here.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The Course Plan is well divided for each sem.We have 5 main subjects and one credit course. The faculties are well experienced and they do provide us proper guidance for each subject matter. They even help us beyond their subject for competitions and even sometimes for personal issues. We have our end sem exams after 4 months and then a 3 months holiday after the end of each even sem exam. In each sem, we have 2 assessment and one mid sem exam for each subject which is mandatory. The exam difficulty level is moderate and it helps us to revise our learnings on a regular basis. The college does provide scholarships for sports quota as well as your academic performance at your boards before taking admission here. They have a 40,000 lesser annual fee for students hailing from Karnataka. They Also provide some assistance to people from backward classes.
Internships Opportunities :
College has a policy of mandatory internships and this can be done after the end of each even sem.The college even gives us opportunity to intern in private companies in Bangalore after college hours to make strong resume. In this professional course internship plays a very crucial role in deciding your CV,hence the college comes up with different companies and does refer us to complete our internships with them.
Placement Experience :
Although KLE does provide campus placement with an average of 7,00,000 salary per anum, I do not seedha to do so as I have prior plans of Pursuing MBA after completion of my course. If you have a good overall performance, you will easily get a campus placement here.
Campus Life :
Campus is one things that KLE doesn't provides, however this does not mean that we don't have a campus life. There are sports events and other social events like ethnic Day, Ganesh Jayanti which is celebrated with great pomp and show in the campus. We do have access to all kinds of sports activities in our sister campus and local sports arenas which are provided by our college itself.We have annual fests like Vanijya nagari, a commerce fest, annual National Moot Court Competition is organised by our college every year,and we have a very promising MUN club as well which also organises MUN's every single year for colleges across India.We also have other Clubs like cultural club, jurisprudence club,debate club, sports club etc. Overall,the college promotes all kinds of curricular and co-curricilar activities in order to groom and Individual overall.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
