- There are no AC in the classes and will get really hot in summer
- Permanent faculty is less and has limited knowledge
Remarks :
I had previous knowledge about this course from a young age and living nearby this college i had all the details necessary for joining this course. Previous passout students from this college was also helpful in deciding this college for my UG studies.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course is the best for aspiring merchant navy officers. Overall college atmosphere is well balanced and ample for studies. Faculties are less but visiting facilities are top quality and the experience and knowledge they have in this field is the most important factor for studies. There are a lot of scholarship available for studies especially if in a minority community. Fees is comparatively less as in private colleges as this is a college under central government.
Internships Opportunities :
There are no internships but we have to complete 1 year of seatime on a ship to get course completion certificate. That opportunity is given by the companies that we get placement from. A stipend of 35000 is provided while working onboard a ship
Placement Experience :
Good placement opportunities are provided here for all batches. Previous batch has passed out with 100% placement. Everyone without any backlog can get placed in good companies. Overall this college is good in placements.
Campus Life :
As this is a residential course we have to strictly stay on campus hostel. There is a vast playground for sports and activities and gym is also there on campus. Recreational activities are done in a specific room with wide screen TV and others board games which are used indoors. Plans have been put up for a swimming pool and other extracurricular activities.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
