- The placements at Badruka are amazing. If you want a good placement and that is your main goal you should definitely consider joining Badruka as there are barely any colleges that are better than badruka for placements
- The campus life will be great. Granted the campus is on the smaller side but the amount of events will make up for it.
Dislikes
- The infrastructure is not what one would expect. It is slowly improving now and there also is a new building under construction at the moment which looks to expand the number of rooms and make the campus bigger but at the moment it's not quite upto par.
- The management lacks transparency. The students have no idea why the management is making any decision and there is no defined student body to express the concerns of the students directly to the management.
Remarks :
The major pull for me was placements, there are some major companies that visit our college regularly for campus placement. The placement cell did a good job as I have a summer internship with Goldman Sachs lined up after my 2nd year. The campus and infrastructure is below par if I am being completely honest, and the faculty isn't awful but not quite the best. There's ragging culture and the people are genuinely nice. The management of the college is another issue as there is a lack of communication and transparency between the management and the students and there also isn't a student body that would represent the intrests of the students. Overall the only reason I'd recommend the college would be for the placements as they do excell in that aspect of it.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum followed is the OU curriculum as Badruka College of Commerce and Arts is an affiliated college. So the exams are in the hands of OU and OU exams are usually conducted rather late (june-july) when compared to autonomous colleges in Hyderabad. The faculty is very hit or miss as well. There are good faculty and not so good faculty. Some manage to cover the entire portion and some barely get through half and they pretty much ask you to prepare off of YouTube. It's hard to pool all of the faculty into one pile as the experience you'll have varies a lot from lecturer to lecturer. The lecturers are qualified in terms of educational background but their methods of teaching are not modern. You might end up having to learn a lot of the topics on your own.
Internships Opportunities :
i was able to score a massive internship with Goldman Sachs as I've already previously mentioned. This could probably be the best starting point for my career as it would help me understand what the corporate world is like out there and also get paid which would be an obvious benefit (especially to a student). It's a great learning opportunity and I'm glad I was able to get such an amazing internship thanks to Badruka.
Placement Experience :
There are PLENTY of internship opportunities available to students from the 2nd year. I was lucky enough to be selected for an internship at Goldman Sachs which would surely boost my career. There were also many other companies offering paid internships to 2nd years. They guide through the entire interview process and provide resources for you to learn more about how to give an interview and common etiquettes. From 4th sem there is also this program called at Campus Recruitment Training or CRT classes. In these classes, the college teaches you about the working of the corporate world and help make the transition from college to the corporate world a smooth one. This is probably one of the best colleges in commerce in terms of placements.
Campus Life :
The benches are falling apart but they did recently start painting the walls and it looks pretty good now but the campus life is actually pretty decent. they conduct fests pretty regularly the most recent being satrang 2024 which was conducted in late March. Extracurricular events like these happen pretty often in badruka. There are several clubs aswell who also conduct events internally in which students can participate and also become a member and help organise these events for the clubs. I am an integral part of the music club and it has helped me learn a lot of things about management and leadership. it is another great aspect about our college. They do not shy away from fun activities to keep the morale of the students up.

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

Reasons I chose NIAT
Placement Experience :
Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.
College life beyond classroom

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.
A great place to meet like minded people

One important thing I like about the course is that it isn't only about reading books and writing exams. We get to practice what we learn through coding, assignments, and small projects, which makes the subject easier to understand. The syllabus also covers topics that are useful for todays tech industry. The faculty is friendly and easy to talk to. They explain concepts in a simple way, clear doubts without any hesitation, and we are already ready to help if someone is struggling.

Since our batch hasn't reached final placements yet, I can't talk about placement results. But the college has already started preparing us through coding pratice, resume building sessions, mock interviews, and career guidance. I like that the focus in on building our skills first instead of waiting until the final year. I feel this preparation will really help us when placement season begins.
My experience at NIAT
Placement Experience :
NIAT is a relatively new institute the first batch hasn't graduated yet, so there isn't any official placement record available. However the college has done a good job of preparing students through practical learning, coding and real world projects. Many students have already secured internships from the first year itself which gives them valuable industry experience. Along with technical skills the college also provides guidance for resume building and interviews, making students feel more confident about future placement opportunities.
A Complete Review of JNTUH: Opportunities and Campus Life
Placement Experience :
Eligibility is that we must maintain atleast 60-70% aggregate overall without any active backlogs. Recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, AWS etc. Total no. of offers made: All branches combined get 700-1100+ offers. Highest package is 52 lpa offered by AWS, and average package is about 6 lpa. About 60% students get placements. After getting my degree, I intend to get a good job in campus placements in companies like AWS, and go towards VLSI field
