- I like our college campus because every where in our college campus looks like greenery. Our college management will give more importance to environment.
- Our college faculty are one of the best faculty when compared to other colleges. Their teaching skills are excellent. We have lot of memories in our college.
Dislikes
- The hostel facility in our college is not really well. If the management change something in the hostel, then the hostel will be the best.
- The management gives lot of punishments to the students if they did small mistakes also. Some of the rules in our college is not good.
Remarks :
I attempted ap eamcet exam after my intermediate.It is an entrance exam for btech.I have qualified the exam and applied for counseling for joining in the btech.I got a seat in computer science and engineering affiliated to JNTUK. Prakasam engineering college is one of the best college in Andhra Pradesh. The lab facilities are good in our college. We follow our college rules very strictly. Our college teaches us good decipline. They provide hostel facility for four years. The one and only bad aspect in our college is neatness. There are less staff provided for cleaning the college premises. Remaining things are ossum in our college. All the faculty in our college are post graduates. They teaches us each and every topic in our academics. These are the good and bad aspects of our college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose artificial intelligence in my btech course. Because artificial intelligence leads major role in future. Almost all the faculty in our college did their masters. All are senior faculty. They teach each and every topic in our academics. As per the instructions of JNTUK, our college management will accommodate our term exams and as well as university exams. Our college management will take less amount of fee compared to other colleges. They charge less amount of fee for the study and also for the hostel facility. As a counseling student, I paid 38000 per an academic year. We get that 38000 by the scholarship name of Jagananna vidhya devena. This scholarship really helps us for our study. Non counseling students also afford our college fee because our college fee is very low when compared to other colleges.
Internships Opportunities :
I have completed an internship which will be offered by brainovision on data science. This internship will be very helpful to me for learning a lot of things which will be helpful in the role of software engineer. Other internship done by me is Google ai and ml internship which will be held by the government (eduskills) . I have done a mini project when I was in 3rd year. That project was named as community service project and done on plants and crops. I have done a major project on fake news detection which will be titled as constructing a user centered fake news detection model by using classification algorithms in machine learning techniques. The code in this Project was run by the framework flask. There are lot of algorithms use in this project.
Placement Experience :
There are so many companies visited our college for campus placements. Our college will also have lot of interest in getting placements for our students. Some of the companies like excelR, wipro, cognizant, etc... and these companies recruite some of the students as per their recruitment. The highest package in our college is 7LPA. And the average package in our college is 3LPA. Those students who got above 60 percentage in their academics will be allowed for campus placements in our college because IT companies requires atleast 60 percentage in their academics from the students. Very least number of students placed in the campus placements this year due to recision. Finally coming to my plans after getting the degree is to be in the responsible position according to my job.
Campus Life :
There are so many cultural programs held in our college such as cultural programs,farewell party,fests and clubs. These programs will helps us for the stress relief. There is a library in our college and that library contains lot of books which will be helpful for our academics. The library contains 100 of books and our college management provides library cards to get the books from our library. According to our hostel,as per jagananna vasathi devena,every student can get 20k for our hostel accommodation and food. The food they provide in our hostel also affordable as per fee. The hostel will be very secured for girls and boys too. They appoint a security guard 24 hours for the security of girls. Our hostel will also be located in the college premises. That is one of the advantage for the girls students. Our college and hostel is located at dubagunta near kandukur.

Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Good infrastructure but needs better faculty.

Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
