- College life is great and the college is right middle in the city gor any accessibility
Dislikes
- There is zero campus life and no campus for hangouts or study session
- And the heat in college is very much the fans installed is not entirely cover classrooms
Remarks :
I got to know about college by visiting every college in Mangalore it has easy access to transportation and also has a great education to provide for and yes I did have an interview before getting the seat it was easy and really did get the seat after the interview and also they provided with easy installment option and one bad thing is that the college doesn't have campus it zero for campus and that's all
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course I took was a Bachelor in Commerce I took it because I have a future goal of doing an MBA and it is a stepping stone for that when it comes to qualifications in lectures they all have done master's in 2 to 3 degrees and everyone has more than 8 to 10 years of experience and some has 25 years of experience for the scholarship I didn't get anything from college but surely got from the government
Placement Experience :
They will only provide placement options after the 5th sem and there is not so much college placement they come but it's ok the companies which come are the banking sector it sector like Infosys, Zoho and its company as far as I know the highest anyone gets paid is 12lpa the students who get college placement are like 40 to 50% I guess I won't know completely
Campus Life :
Fest & forum are the main things conducted in college they are so many fests going on every month and every day there is a competition which are conducted by the association which are run by lecture & students and the prize is distributed on college day and there is 4 biggest fest happens which goes for 2 to 3 days they are namely Genesis, sigma, author, college day, sports fest and about library it has a vast collection of books from Newspaper to economic books and there is no campus for telling and also college doesn't provide Hostel and there are pg so many pg which are both affordable and well maintained

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
