Honest review on Father Muller college of nursing

- I like the campus that the college is situated at.
- I like the hostel facility the college offers and i personally think it's better than those offered by other colleges
Dislikes
- The faculty are not that great even thoythey are qualified.
- The infrastructure is also not favourable
Remarks :
Father Muller college of nursing was one of the most prestigious nursing colleges in the country at the time of enrollment into the nursing course.we had a written examination and interview which we had to go through on the basis of which we were selected to the college.I did not prepare anything specific for any of them other than watching some general videos on youtube.The campus is beautiful and has canteen facilities.the co curricular activities like cultural programs are few around the year but when they do happen, it's beautifu. The faculties are not that great except for a few of them who really are good teachers.overall it's a good college
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose the course because of the ease of getting a job after completing it and the opportunity to go abroad. All the teachers are qualified and most of them used lecture method to teach. The exams are held almost once in every 3 months and are moderately difficult. The fees are hiked for freshers every year.other than the hostel and mess fees there is no compulsory need for any extra money. I do not have any scholarship
Internships Opportunities :
We have 6 months internship during our 4th year before the final exams . Here we have to work and perform same as a staff in a ward for atleast one month after which you can choose to switch to another ward or continue to be in the same one
Placement Experience :
There is no campus placement opportunities but you can enroll as a nurse after completing the course in the same hospital after communicating with the authorities.students from our college are given more advantage and favoured over others at the time of enrollment.
Campus Life :
The campus life is okay. One founders day is conducted every April and a cultural day is conducted every September both of which are open to the whole campus. The library facility is very good and have a lot of books for reference. Sports day is conducted every year. The food served in the hostel is of moderate quality and affordability.its comparable to the hostel and mess facilities of other colleges

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

Course Curriculum Overview :
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
