The major factors for choosing this college were my personal reason for hostel Life, The scholarship offered and the admission team. The admissions team of this University is so good at their job that you won't even notice the flaws of this college, they would tell you everything that the college is good at and nothing about the nuances of the college in such a way that you would not even think to ask about the nuances. The college's scholarship system is a unique one which would provide an average scholarship of 50% to anybody for the first year, after that it would be taken away from you if you do not maintain your cgpa above 7. The process for admission included an interaction process where the students were asked to present a particular topic of their choice to the faculties of the University based on which the admission and scholarship will be decided. You can choose whatever Topic you feel like to speak on. I had a scholarship of 2lakhs on tution fees.
I had my personal preference to choose CSE course, Courses offered are in tune with the other colleges and some courses such as mechanical etc are omitted which are not needed for a CSE student. One major flaw with the University is it's Teachers. Although there are very few good ones. But the majority of the teachers are well versed in their topics, but are not good teachers, and in the duration of 4 years at my college I have witnessed almost the entire faculty got replaced. Which also highlights the seriousness of the University towards quality teaching. The replacement was majorly due to the teachers leaving the college and not the other way around. Term exams and everything were always on time and strict measures were taken against defaulters. The fee hike policy is pretty simple. Each year the tuition fees gets hiked by 10,000 and for the final year it hikes by 20,000. Every student can recieve a scholarship during admission and can upgrade it by getting 10gpa in the first year.
Most of the companies which came were startups like eucloid, mercermettl, ramognee, wtvision etc. Few MnCs also came for internships like Genpact, E&Y, IBM. The startups offered a variety of roles like system analyst, testing engineer, Marketing executive, sales executive etc. the MNCs offered roles for Data science, software engineering, Cybersecurity , generative AI engineer and so on.
Placements for.my batch have been at a bleaker side. The placement team is infamous for forcing students to partake in their mandatory internship program which replaces the 8th semester of our degree. And majorly treats it as the placements of the students. These internships offered do no guarantee placement offers for the student. And the internship opportunities are also not that great. To quote an example a fellow student is forced to work offline from Bangalore for a mere stipend of 10,000 per month and he cannot switch internships as the internship is linked with his semester if he ends the internship his degree would be harmed.
There are numerous clubs at the college and there are 2 fests in the college and both happen in alternate semesters. siNUsoid in odd semesters, ingeNUity in even semesters. sinusoid is the technical fest whereas ingenuity is cultural fest both are held for 3 days each. Major sports played in the university are football, basketball, cricket, kabaddi, badminton. The hostel rooms offered are good rooms regular cleaning takes place , the mess food is one of the better ones as compared to mess food in other colleges they have a variety of dishes ranging from Chinese to chole bhature, mix veg paneer egg curry etc. We also get chicken served in our mess for the founder's day. The fees for the hostel is on a higher side and it is a mandatory hostel. You cannot attend the college without moving to the hostel. Even if you live in neemrana. The single room costs around 2 lakh 21 thousand at my time whereas the triple room costs 1.64 lakhs approximately.
I am not into placement and job opportunities by my course I am preparing for a government exam hence I need a degree for that On the other hand as it is a government college There are high chances of placements with good packages
Its an 100% placement college with internships opportunities at 7th semester The college gives details mock questions whick can be asked during interviews sessions. The college even have great company opportunities
I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams
Yes, students had gotten placements via college in banking and private companies because after completing graduation i also got an opportunity through college but due to some circumstances, i hadn’t got that chance.
You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.
our course first batch is still not gradutaed so there is no info about placements but there is such help in internship. they also told that they will give placment asiistance from their side , lets see
The internship experience is provided by college . Many recruiters came for recruitments every year in all the streams. companies like HUL and FMCG groups take their fresh employees and provide experience of salary basis.
I really don't like placement of jecrc bcoz I don't see mt senior going to a great company out campus they are achieving good but in our campus we don't really get into good company they should have increased the number of companies in our college
Campus recruitment training is provided to all course students and it depends on the student whether they want to opt for it or not. After CRT, different companies come to the campus for their recruitment drive.
There is no campus placement here. Students who passed out from here some are finding jobs, some had their good family business and just wanted to get a degree and some started their own startup. College don't provide you any future security.
As every engineering college we get high placements in circuital branches but for non circuitals senior advice to study a particular language , DSA and all to get placements which is somewhere right because chances of circuital branch jobs are high.
