Likes
- There are so many that I like about the college. The thing I like the most is infrastructure the equipment in the laboratories we have a enough equipment for all the students and in the books in the library we can almost every book in the library either it may be for our academics or external affairs.
- The second thing I like the most is they not only concentrate on the academics and placements but also will encourage the students who are willing In the extra curricular activities like if any student interested in playing any game management will support the students to reach their gols
Dislikes
- The thing I don't like is the mess menu. They will follow a same menu for the entire year.
- The second thing is issuing out pass they will ask un necessary questions and make so trouble for the students.
Remarks :
The main theme of introducing the RGUKT is to help the bright students from the rural areas who are unable to pursue their higher education because of their financial status.Actually the process for the selection of the process is based on the class 10 CGPA but due to covid we are unable to write the examination so the management had decided to conduct a test based on our syllabus. The students who performed well are selected.
Course Curriculum Overview :
This is a 6 year course. First two years pre - University course. After that 4 year b-tech graduation course. All the faculty are highly qualified and are graduated from IITS.They are very clear and accurate while teaching the subject and are friendly with the students. Now coming to the examination it will be quite difficult and will conduct according to the plan Every semester has 3 mid examinations and one lab practical exam. There is no hike in the fee as the university is for the financially weak students. The students will get school from the state government.
Internships Opportunities :
Since I am studying 2 year I am not eligible for the internship program.But the are so many companies which gives intern program to the students who perform well in the exam they have conducted or the projects students have done. So many IIT's and other companies have visited the campus.
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria for the placement is based on GPA and the exam conducted by the management after clearing those we need to attend for the interview. If the performance is good enough we can place in company. As of now the highest package is 32 Lpa. Top 20 companies across the world will visit to the campus for the placement requirement. Few of them are qualcum, Texas instruments, synopsis, DRDO etc... if we have any other higher study plan or to crack any white color job we can plan according to that.
Campus Life :
Now coming to the campus life in the starting days every one feel home sick and feel uncomfortable, but when the days change things will get normal. Everyone will enjoy the atmosphere in the campus. There are more organisations which are formed by the students with the help of the management like student Mitra, student development activity cell , E-crush, student recreation club all the clubs are formed to entertain, to teach the students there is one particular club which is very helpful not only for the students for also who are needy in the outside world that is HELPING HAND which will help everyone who are unable to lead their daily lives. Coming to the fests there are two major fests one is techzite which a technical fest which is meant to be for the technical projects which were displayed in the campus students from other colleges or universities can participate in the fest. It lasts for 3 days. Which is a treat to watch. Each and every student will learn and enjoy those 3 days.

Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

The average annual hostel fee is around Rs. 48,000 per student (or roughly Rs. 3,000 - 4,000 per month.The campus offers separate hostels for boys and girls with furnished rooms. Students note that the rooms are kept tidy, well-lit, and offer options for both single and shared occupancy.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Good infrastructure but needs better faculty.
Placement Experience :
Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Placement Experience :
Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
