Acharya institute and it's reality
Likes
- Library is something that I liked in the collage and it's pretty famous one it is where the movie kgf few shots were shot
- There is a cafe inside the campus and that is something very nice the ambience over there is pretty nice and the food is average
Dislikes
- Faculties that I have received till now one had two good professors and rest were very less experienced newbie teachers
- The obsession with note books and all ..the teachers treat you as small kids and are constantly behind you regarding pen and books and all
Remarks :
The major reason I chose this college was that my seniors were already studying in this college and they told me about the programs and all the facilities this college offers and that's how I ended up in this college
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course that I have selected is BBA and as everyone says BBA is pretty useless and that is very true too so that's all about the course. The faculties in the college contains of a very wide range from very less experienced newbie teachers to very well experienced professors so there is a wide range of teachers and as all collages this collage do have very bad and good teachers When it comes to exams there are 2 internal exams and one-semester exam during each semester and there is an advantage in that one can choose to write any one internal and score high marks and leave the second one. The exam difficulty level is very moderate and this is coming from a student with a science background
Placement Experience :
No idea cause am in the first year and about to pass to 2nd year from what I have heard it's pretty bad in Acharya with placements and internships so it's better to not come to Acharya if your primary objective is the placement
Campus Life :
I stay outside in a flat so I don't have first-hand experience with hostel but from what my friends have told me the hostel is very boring and lacks facilities so it's better not to take a hostel and stay nearby in PG or flats The classrooms are spacious but only have fans and no AC and the library is huge and very nice There is a huge fest named Habba which is acharyas biggest fest and currently, it's going on in May

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
