- Gear campus life guaranteed. Don't expect night programs, but it can be possible if the college unions are compelled to do so.
- Infrastructure of the campus if good. Class rooms are smart, football stadium, volleyball and basketball court and badminton court are available.
Dislikes
- Faculties are not up to the level of the campus. Your career is mainly depended on your self study skills.
- Lab and facilities are good. But according to the strength of students it is not enough.
Remarks :
No.1 polytechnic college in kerala. Great campus life. Faculties are ok, facilities are good. No any kind of interview for the admission. Admission process is through government portals and Admission are only through merits based on 10th grades.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Since it's a professional course, it won't be easy for those who are not really into it. But easy to learn if you really wanted to. Faculties are just ok, it's more like self study in many cases. Many scholarship opportunities for backward classes and girls. Which will be more than enough foe them to pay all college expenses.
Internships Opportunities :
Companies from Calicut cyberpark, UL cyberpark and hilight businessperson provides internship with average stipend of 20000. Companies from kochin infopark and trivandrum technocrat provides 15k stipend.
Placement Experience :
Very effective placement cell which provied nearly 50% of students get placed from the campus. Internship assistance also provided. Companies from Chennai, bangloor, kochin, trivandrum are participating in the placement drive.
Campus Life :
Best campus life in all kerala polytechnic colleges. Situated in Calicut city. Currently Govt. Engineering college is also inside the polytechnic campus. Good class rooms and library. Canteen also available. No option for hostels, but paing guest ans rentals are available near the campus(avg. 5k for paying guest and 2k for rentals per head). Not great for arts and sports guys, feels like there is Jo enough support for extra curriculum.

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
