- I like that the college has many facilities provided. I also like the friendly faculty who would interact with the students promptly.
- The infrastructure of the college is well maintained. There are different cells for anti-ragging, women and many more to avoid ani problem

- The teacher to student ratio is not as required and has to be improved further.
- Better transportation faculties have to provided as the college is located in a remote area
Remarks :
I have joined this college through the convenor quota. There were no written questions or interviews. I followed the counselling process after the results after TS EAMCET results have been published. I got 22k rank in the above entrance exam and I'm from the OBC category. The college has huge ground with a lush green campus. There are many faculties available in the college such as separate blocks for each department, sports, canteen, stationery and other food stalls. When it is about facilities the college is top-notch. The bad thing about the college is that there are less number of professionals.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course I have taken is computer science and engineering. The course structure is related to the branch that I have chosen. All the course structures are specially designed to meet the skills and knowledge required for excelling in that particular course. We have marks exam for mid term and 60 marks exam for semester end exams according to the regulation 2022. It may differ for further years. The fees for the academic year is about 1,10,1000 exclusive of other facilities. Since I belong to the OBC category I got a scholarship of 35,000.
Placement Experience :
Every year many companies visit the campus for placements. Some of the top companies include Amazon, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Wipro etc. The highest package received by the student here is 58 lpa and average package is around 5 lpa. There is an opportunity for internships as well. All these are looked after by the training and placement cell of the college. The T&P cell is treated with utmost importance as they play prominent roles in case of job opportunities.
Campus Life :
The campus life at MLRIT is quite good compareed to other colleges in that area. The students are encouraged to participte in all the extra curriclar activities including sports, cultural, technical and non-technical. There are many clubs like CAME(for cultural events like dance and singing etc) CIE(for entrepreneurs and innovative ideas ) NSS( for social services). All the departments have their respective clubs accordingly and are veery useful for students. Many eevnts are conducted in the college every year. Some of the biggest fests include TRISHNA(annual day), ECSTASY(dj night), MUN's and many more. Apart from these many hackathons would be conducted. The college also has the facilities of a hostel and mess. The rooms are neatly maintained and mess food is okay to be eaten. The hostel fees is around 1 lakh per year.

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

Reasons I chose NIAT
Placement Experience :
Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.

One important thing I like about the course is that it isn't only about reading books and writing exams. We get to practice what we learn through coding, assignments, and small projects, which makes the subject easier to understand. The syllabus also covers topics that are useful for todays tech industry. The faculty is friendly and easy to talk to. They explain concepts in a simple way, clear doubts without any hesitation, and we are already ready to help if someone is struggling.

My experience at NIAT
Placement Experience :
NIAT is a relatively new institute the first batch hasn't graduated yet, so there isn't any official placement record available. However the college has done a good job of preparing students through practical learning, coding and real world projects. Many students have already secured internships from the first year itself which gives them valuable industry experience. Along with technical skills the college also provides guidance for resume building and interviews, making students feel more confident about future placement opportunities.

Eligibility is that we must maintain atleast 60-70% aggregate overall without any active backlogs. Recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, AWS etc. Total no. of offers made: All branches combined get 700-1100+ offers. Highest package is 52 lpa offered by AWS, and average package is about 6 lpa. About 60% students get placements. After getting my degree, I intend to get a good job in campus placements in companies like AWS, and go towards VLSI field
