I chose this university as it has a prestigious name in India and has very professional faculty and the best infrastructure the course curriculum is provided according to the course without any extra add and they provide a clear goal for us to follow and learn. The admission process is based on the entrance test conducted by the University itself later according to the srmjee the selection of candidates will take place with a few phases of counselling and later allot the sections and give out portal details. Overall SRM University is a good choice for completing the undergraduate
The course curriculum is very clear and the subjects that are included will be based on the course we choose and they allot every particular course accordingly. The teachers are very skilled and most of them studied at IIT which is the most prestigious collages in India. They are very friendly and open for the students anytime very helpful through out the course and liberal while giving out marks
I once did an internship under a professor for the extra credits and it helped me a lot it was a research internship where we had to publish a research paper. The professor helped me through my project.
Placements are good and our placement department looks after every student and helps them to get placed. Over the years SRM has been known for good placements and Internships are also equally good and professors offer internships too.We can trust SRM according to the placements and internships
The campus is around 100 acres but it's still under construction the university has the most advanced infrastructure and labs and there are various regions people and even from abroad this helps build relationships and boost confidence people are good and helpful everyone greets everyone with a great smile on their face no matter what is happening. Overall it's a once-in-a-lifetime experience and I can proudly say that I studied in SRM University, AP
PLACEMENTS ARE EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD AS THE PLACEMENT RATE FOR OUR CAMPUS IS 90%+ AND OUR COLLEGE IS WELL KNOWN FOR THE DEFINITE PLACEMENT AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA IS YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE ACTIVE BACKLOGS AND YOU SHOULD HAVE SKILLS RELATED TO YOUR CORE
The placement and job opportunities are very good. we have well supported placement and training cell. They will try every way to bring the companies to our college. In the tough situations also they use their every network to place the students in the well reputated companies.
Maximum most of students got placed ,but they are all not satisfied for theirs jobs and unplaced students have support for higher education or mtech admissions, for mtech admission they are conducting interview based on their course, and avg salary for placed students is 6lpa
Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.
The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.
Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.
The average annual hostel fee is around Rs. 48,000 per student (or roughly Rs. 3,000 - 4,000 per month. The campus offers separate hostels for boys and girls with furnished rooms. Students note that the rooms are kept tidy, well-lit, and offer options for both single and shared occupancy.
In my college, the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.
There are good placements are going on on this university to crack a job interviews and minimum packages are got by some and most got more packages and the more more companies are coming to this university and when we have skill and discipline only we get placement job otherwise we won't get job.
