- The thing I like about this college is the lineancy in the curriculum Although the exams are taken frequently but somehow it gets done and we get some time also for some other things
- The placements and internship opportunities are very decent in this college so one should not worry about not getting placed unless they don't know any skills
Dislikes
- The thing which I dislike the most is the campus itself . After slogging for the toughest exam when one gets into a campus like this then it is nothing but disappointment There is no such campus Life here It's just some few blocks for different branches and hostels with poor canteens that's it
- Second thing to hate is the culture that those who live in hostel follow There is everyday a fight going on in the college and sometimes the level gets far beyond control
Remarks :
First of all, it being reputation as among the best govt colleges in Madhya Pradesh Secondly packages especially from computer science are decent here Thirdly and most importantly why I chose this due to the cultural fest of this college which is AAKSHANK Also, I wanted to opt for computer science and with my percentile(96.5) I had this as a good option to go
Course Curriculum Overview :
Almost every faculty is well-versed in the subject they teach The only difference comes with their behaving with students and assistance for exams Talking about the behaviour and assistance for exams, I faced a lot of difficulties here Also till now(4 sem) the mid-semester exams are taken very frequently the students do not get time for other things rather than just studying for exams But I guess this was to bring the curriculum back in time due to covid delay Also, I benefit from the MMVY scholarship
Internships Opportunities :
Not yet I will opt for internship this coming semester(5th sem) The internship opportunities are welcoming in this college Companies like duche bank,Barclays select a few from our college And usually companies like Infosys,Accenture,cognizant,persistent ,Wipro select students for the internship The stipend on avg is around 10k
Placement Experience :
The placements are the key attraction for colleges The average placement varies from 6-12lpa The highest package was 36lpa in Barclays as a software engineer The recruiters are grow, TCS, Deloitte, Barclays, Infosys, dwellfox etc.. Almost 70 per cent get placed based on their skills I plan to do post-graduation (Mtech)
Campus Life :
Campus Life in this college is a compromise The campus is nothing but some buildings amid a jungle No such maintenance So overall the campus is poor Talking about fest the cultural fest of IET is AAKSHANK which is too good a fest but it hasn't been conducted since 2019:) The library and issue of books is good one will face no problems regarding it. ISC the sports event of IET is held every year just to be selected you have to be very good with seniors or have exceptional talent There are various clubs out of which the two most famous are E CELL and FEEDBOX club. Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa

The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.

MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
