- The Father is very strict. In lunch break also not use mobile phone in college premises.
- If we have taken the leave then we have to write the letter even one day other wise they are not supposed to enter the regular classes

Andhra Loyola Institute of engineering and Technology College is one of the popular colleges in Vijayawada. The students who go through the inter(12th) base these candidates are written the MCET exam. The students who go through the Diploma base these candidates are written the ECET exam. Through these exams, they are getting the eligibility to join our college. Based on the ranks and category the branches will given to them.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is very effective. The curriculum is designed as theoretical and practical knowledge. After every academic year's completion of the curriculum, they give a summer internship so, that students will gain more practical knowledge. After completion of every semester based on curriculum is required one internship.
Internships Opportunities :
I completed my summer internship at Trenzet infra Pvt Ltd in Gannavaram ( Construction of half flyover). I completed my 6 months training and project at Central Design Organisation Water Resource Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada.
Placement Experience :
The college will provide placements from 4-1 semester. Placement training classes start from 3rd year only. The faculty will push the students towards a better future. They offer internships also. Through GATE results the students will get the Mtech seat in IITs and NITs and get the job in most reputed companies like Navaratna and Maharatna companies (TCS, Oil and Gas, L&T, Wipro) through GATE exam.
Campus Life :
College is very strict and disciplined. E-library is required for the students to gain more knowledge. NSS programmes are conducted like the NSS co-ordinator will support us in giving seminars and PowerPoint presentations in government schools, Villages Anganwadi etc.

Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.

Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
