- The campus is really beautiful and the faculties are also nice ,the infrastructure and all is good too ,the fest conducted are really cool ,
- though the college isnvery strict it's a good place to pursue your dreams
Remarks :
I chose this college because I wanted to pursue btech in electronics and computer engineering, and it was only available in 3 colleges at that time, so among all the options of college I liked Marian to be better, for admission you have to qualify for KEAM or there are other quotas through which u can enter too, the cut-off ranks for various courses are different, you can also change branches after the first year if you are eligible, also the branches available in this college is specified in the website of Marian engineering college, you can attempt JEE or KEAM entrance exam for qualification and pass the exam, you'll choose according to the rank and allotment, both merit seats and management seats are available, the fees might change accordingly, merit seat students might need to pay 75000 or SMTG a year and others might have to give more.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because I wanted to do BTech in electronics and computer engineering, and the teaching staff here is very well qualified also the faculties are strict regarding mannerisms, and academics, there are not many college programs, but once a year there will be College fest and tech fest, scholarships are also available for students who scored above 90% in 12th, it is comparatively an expensive college to study but also a good place to pursue your dreams, there's a good rate of placements too.
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't opted for any internship yet but I'm gonna do one or two, I have considered some and the college also provides internship opportunities too, I might go for one this year and complete it.
Placement Experience :
There have been a lot of placements this year and Marian has almost 80% placement, companies such as TCS, UST etc visit the college for placement, I want a job in the IT field as some kind of software engineer and find a good package
Campus Life :
The campus life is strict but you can have fun if you find the correct friends for you, the fest is conducted usually during march-may somewhere in between, a Library is available with all the study materials you would want, and the classroom and amenities are good and well managed, sports day is conducted and there's also a college football ball teams, there are lots of clubs such as dance club, fashion club, etc too Coming to the hostel the facilities and rooms are quite good but the food is not much to be complimented, I'd say that is a drawback of this college

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
