- Atmosphere and the areas surrounding the college is very peaceful and clam.
- Facilities at the college are pretty good.
Dislikes
- Could do with air conditioning or more fans perhaps.
- Roads outside the college could be better.
Remarks :
I submitted my marks to 3 colleges in the area. SCMS offered me a management seat for the marks I had. The college has a good reputation and several others confirmed this. Admission requires about 75% in PCM subjects and qualification in any entrance exam (JEE or KEAM). After I joined I came to know that after 2022 the college has had fewer events and programs than before.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I always wanted to join computer science. Most of the faculty teaching us had good qualifications. Most had PhDs and some have lots of research papers they have authored or co-authored. Our previous HOD has good achievements in Computer Science.
Placement Experience :
Good CGPA above 8 preferably. UST Global is one of the recruiters that offer 1.5 LPA onwards. Placement packages are not the best. Depending on your skills you might get placed in a better company. Indian Oil, TCS, etc are also seen.
Campus Life :
Vipanchika is one of the fests we got. It was in May. The library at the college is one of the best in Kerala, fully air-conditioned, wifi, etc. Basketball courts, Volleyball, and Badminton Courts are available. The hostel is very affordable at around 2000 per month. The food at the canteen is good. The menu changes almost every month.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
