We had to clear an entrance exam called 'KLEE' or Kerala Law entrance examination and score a rank of less than 200 to get into this college. The admission procedure was simple. The qualified participants were allotted seats in this college, 40% of seats were reserved for the General Category and the rest 60% were reserved for OBC/SEBC, etc. preparation for this exam was similar to any other competitive examination. Coaching is optional.
I chose llb due to my love for negotiation and mediation. I always felt like could be a natural at litigation hence I opted for LLB since I felt that was my calling. The faculty is well-educated and they're more than qualified to teach at such an esteemed institution with a heritage of over 150 years.
I've done various internships at several Government offices. There's a mandatory requirement of 140 days of internship done within the academic year itself. And is mandatory that an internship report is submitted for verification before their final viva.
There is a placement cell run by the students as a joint venture with the faculty which keeps students updated about the vacancies for internship and fresher experiences. They're mainly concerned with the pre-graduation internships which could be helpful for the students when they graduate and land a significantly beneficial opportunity of their choice.
Campus life is vibrant and eventful. There's always a social event every 5 days. Government Law College Thiruvananthapuram is home to the most vast and resourceful law library in India. GLCT is a well-renowned college known for its socio-political activism and students engaging in cultural issues. The campus teaches and empowers students to voice their opinions on social injustices and issues. The college provides a hostel for ladies within the campus and as for the men they are provided with a University hostel just a kilometre away from the campus. The locality in which the hostel is situated can be considered as one of the prime locations in the whole of Trivandrum.

I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.
I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events, and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects, giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.
There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech. There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary
The faculity is generally experienced and supportive most students are satisfied. With the teaching clinical exposure. Facilities are friendly with the students. Regularly conducts class test and model exam to help students prepare for their studies and university examination. Faculties are high qualified and experienced
Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.
I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
As I'm a first year student I've not got information about the placement but there are so many placement options from South Indian Bank, icici bank and also from companies like deliotte etc The college has connection with many international companies too.
