Likes
- Infrastructue is very good, campus area is not so big but the buildings, classrooms, library, gym, etc have very good infrastructure. Everything which i have mentioned are fully air conditioned.
- Faculties are also very qualified and they often offers projects to the stude ts under them which is a very good thing to opt.
Dislikes
- Campus life is not that good, main reason is less amount of students, every functions are well organised in the college but due to less amount of students you can not have very much fun.
- There is no cafeteria working, due to which students have to go outside for snacks which is quite tedious.
Remarks :
The main reason for me to choose this college was it's one of the best coding cultures and placements. If we talk about the bad aspects, due to the low number of students the college has less campus area with respect of it's and it's the campus life is not very good. By the way, colleges have all the things that an institution or nit has like all types of societies and annual fests, and fests are good. For admission one has to appear in the jee mains examination and the cut-off for general students was rank 9270 for the ECE branch rank 5378 for the it branch and rank 5780 for it branch in the year 2023. I prepared from some online courses for jee mains.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have chosen this branch because I have some interest in the area of semiconductor field, but after coming to this college I have explored many fields, especially coding and now I have started coding also and this is also a very good field to explore. Faculties are good enough here, they are well qualified, apart from professors teaching assistants are also provided in each subject to whom everyone can ask their doubts. There are two exams in one semester i.e. mid-semester exam and end-semester exam. Apart from that there are labs in some subjects in which you have to do practicals and in the subjects in which there are no labs some assignments and so on. e quizzes are also organized in between. Fees are variable depending upon year to year, in the last 4 semesters fees are comparatively higher than others. There is no scholarship for general or OBC students, but for SC/st and PWD candidates, there is a a scholarship on tuition fees(100%).
Internships Opportunities :
No, since I am in the first year I don't have any opportunities, but at the end of 2nd year, I can opt for an internship for which many companies come to offer the role of software developer or web developer intern. One has to do projects in the last year i.e. 4th year where you can opt for any projects under any faculty that are available.
Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria for placement are around 8 cg for ece branch and 7.5 for it and it. Very well-known companies like Google, apple, Microsoft, Atlassian, sprinkler, zomato, etc came here for placements and every year they made some offers. The highest package was 1.21 cr(international) and 83.5lpa (domestic) and the average package was 26lpa. If we talk about percentage then 88.92% of students are placed. I am also planning to opt for a job.
Campus Life :
There are 3 fests every year, The first one is effervescence (cultural fest) which is organized in October (tentative), the second one is Aparoksha (technical fest) which is organized in March (tentative), and the last one is pashmina (sports fest) which is organized in April (tentative). The library is well equipped with all resources and very good infrastructure. Sports facilities are good enough, I will not say very good again due to less campus area there are 2 grounds, one volleyball court, one table tennis room, one snooker room, one squash room, one lawn tennis court. There are some societies like virtuosi (music), genetics (dance), nirmiti (fine arts), rangtarangini (drama), geek heaven (technical), and ams (media). Almost every society has their websites. There are 8 hostels in the college 5 for boys and 3 for girls, food quality is good and varieties are also good. Registration will be done along with admission and it is compulsory to opt for hostels.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
