- I dont like the fact that the labs are not yet completely equipped with all the necessary equipments but the admissions are going on a large scale. There aren't eneough classrooms for students when compared to the admissions made per year and there is still some construction work going on.
Remarks :
The fact that I chose this college is, the reputation it holds for its placements and infrastructure. You need to take a written test, known as SRMJEE, for admissions. You could get a scholarship based on your performance in that exam and the IIT/JEE, and EAMCET exams are also taken into consideration.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I am passionate about automobiles and stuff so I chose mechanical engineering. The faculty for the mechanical department is so good and friendly. They support you in every way possible. The practical and theory-based classes are well-balanced and help students to get some hands-on experience. Two mid-term exams are conducted during a semester and there is an end-term exam at the end of the semester. In between, a few assignments, CLAs are conducted for the internal assessment of the student during the semester. From the time of my enrollment to the current situation in the fees, there has been an approx. 30% raise in the tuition fees.
Placement Experience :
Anyone with no backlogs is eligible for the placement drive. There are a few companies like Ather, Royal Enfield, Simple Energy.....etc, that have recruited students during the placement drive. One of my classmates had a GPA of around 8 to 8.3 and he got placed at Simple Energy for 8lpa. 65 to 70% of the students have opted for the placements and the majority of them have been placed but some are yet to be placed. I am planning for a masters after my graduation.
Campus Life :
Recently, we had Infinitus'24 conducted in March 2024, which is a cultural fest where students from different colleges can attend by paying an entrance fee. A few celebrities were invited to conduct the events and it lasted for 4 days. There is a good amount of books in the library that you can find for your requirements. And the classrooms are air-conditioned and well-maintained. There are many clubs that you could join to your interest like an anime club, sports club, photography club......etc. Club activities are conducted every week. We have sports days where different colleges participate in different sports and win some trophies and medals.

Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

The average annual hostel fee is around Rs. 48,000 per student (or roughly Rs. 3,000 - 4,000 per month.The campus offers separate hostels for boys and girls with furnished rooms. Students note that the rooms are kept tidy, well-lit, and offer options for both single and shared occupancy.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.

Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
