Likes
- College academical performence and also giving good clinical infrastructure and faculties. Campus life is also good management is also disccusing the programs with students before conducting.
- And also good clinical exposure is getting from govt hospital and also in our hospital.
Dislikes
- College is surrounded with small campus.
- College is not promoting ielts coaching forstudents
Remarks :
The college has been running at a time since 2003 and it is also an old college in Chitradurga. Several students have graduated here and working in several areas like abroad, etc. College is affiliated with INC, KNC, Rguhs, and govt. of Karnataka. The bad aspect of the college is situated under a small campus. The admission process is based on merit and management quouta. Nonkarnataka candidates taking admission under management quota. The college has affiliations with INC, KNC, RGUHS, and also govt of Karnataka. The college has its multispeciality hospital called Basappa Hospital. And also giving practice in district hospitals.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I like this course because I am interested in working in med field. The college has many faculties with good qualifications like MSc lectures..and bsc clinical instructors. The college has a Malayali Principal (HOD of child health) and also a vice principal. Teaching is also good in this college. For Karanataka candidates scholarships are given by the university(Post metric scholarship). Fees are friendly according to the poor students who are interested in pursuing bsc nursing courses.
Internships Opportunities :
The internship is given in the govt hospital in this district. Stephen is not giving. And also community, mental health postings also given by the college. The last 6 months of the sem (8thsem) are full of internships in different sectors.
Placement Experience :
Placements are given in the college of the hospital, based on the skill performed by the candidate during the whole academic year. 40% of students get the placement. After the course completion, I am interested in going abroad.
Campus Life :
The college is conducting an arts fest called "SAMAPRANA" Every year for the enjoyment of every student. Sports are also conducted in the college every year based on different jerseys at the stadium in Chitradurga. Library facilities are also good and they provide famous authors' nursing books like Ros and Willson's anatomy and Physiology, Burner and Siddharth med surgical nursing. College conducting nutritional fest day also. The college has its website which is reviewed trustly. The college hostel is also good and surrounded by a little campus. Food is mixed like Kerala and Karnataka. On different days different menus are provided. Near many PGs are available based on the different rent.

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Eligibility for the placements is 7+ cgpa if you have higher cgpa higher the chances of you getting shortlisted for the interview and it will be easy for you Recuriters visited Cisco,Visa,Emerson,NetApp and many more for the internships and full time Highest package is 56 LPA and average package will be around 10 LPA for the computer science and Engineering for other branches it may vary
