Likes
- The college is one of the oldest college in Bengaluru. The college life is a golden life for any student. The days won't return back once you go out of college. Friends were too good , the fests they were conducting was extraordinary, sports day etc Faculty members was very helpful to the students.
- Infrastructure fees are at medium level and one can choose this college if they can't afford or invest more money to their study life.
Dislikes
- There were no whiteboards, presentation board's in the classroom. No proper lights, fans and windows in the classroom. No proper toilets. No playground. There were no canteen to eat good snacks and meal.
- Faculty members was not able to finish the portions on time . Exams were so near and they couldn't teach us on time We used to study on our own by taking help from YouTube , byjus and online classes.

The factors that made me choose this college are - To be honest I never knew about this college, one of my family members suggested me to go join this college and get admission to this college. No, I didn't face any interviews or written tests for admission. The good aspects of this college are * It is one of the oldest colleges in Bengaluru * I have a good bunch of friends who are very friendly and caring. * It is located in a very standard area called Jayanagar Bad aspects are * Teachers are not good enough at their lecturing skills * The principal of the college will not be involved in any of the activities or curricular activities. * No proper toilets and drinking water Is available
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course that I have selected is BCA (BACHELOR OF COMPUTER APPLICATIONS). BCA is a computer science course that will provide knowledge about basic and deep computer science. I believe it's an easy and effective course one can learn very easily and execute the plan. I wanted to be a software engineer. I'm very much interested in becoming a software engineer or any developer so that's the reason I have opted for this course. The qualification of the faculty is many of the faculty members have pursued masters in computer science, science and commerce and phd. My review of the teaching method since all of them have more than 10 years of experience, There were no whiteboards, or presentations in the class. 4-5 were allotted for a particular semester exam, we had no proper time to prepare for the exam and portions weren't even completed by teachers. The fee remained the same throughout all the 3 years and it cost 1.71 lac overall for me to finish my degree.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, I have opted for an internship in the start-up company called Coincent, it's an educational company where they are running as a workers' company and an educational company as well. The project that I have selected is about the social media dashboard by using front end called HTML, CSS JavaScript and bootstrap. There was no stipend given by the company.
Placement Experience :
Not gonna lie there were no placements at the college. We had an industrial visit once. My plans after the course are to get a fresher job and work in a particular company for at least a year and then join for Web development or cybersecurity course and do the correspondence while doing the job. I plan to work in a particular company for at least 2 years. I would like to apply for government jobs too if I get selected I'm very much interested and happy to go there.
Campus Life :
My life at the campus was so good. The fests that have been conducted are Vanijyotsava, Scientia, Suggi College Day and Anjali Fest. They are all conducted in May, June, November and December. The availability of books in the library is in large quantity, yes books will be provided for us to read and get some extra knowledge on sports, fashion and news. Sports day will be conducted once a year and the events are like 100m, 200m, 400m, 600m and 800m running races for both men and women as well as shot put, discus throw, javelin throw and 4x100 relay. I don't think anyone will run any website or social club. I live in a rented room which is located in Vishwapriya layout, Begur main road, Bengaluru 68.

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.

My experience at NIAT

NIAT is a relatively new institute the first batch hasn't graduated yet, so there isn't any official placement record available. However the college has done a good job of preparing students through practical learning, coding and real world projects. Many students have already secured internships from the first year itself which gives them valuable industry experience. Along with technical skills the college also provides guidance for resume building and interviews, making students feel more confident about future placement opportunities.
A Complete Review of JNTUH: Opportunities and Campus Life
Placement Experience :
Eligibility is that we must maintain atleast 60-70% aggregate overall without any active backlogs. Recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, AWS etc. Total no. of offers made: All branches combined get 700-1100+ offers. Highest package is 52 lpa offered by AWS, and average package is about 6 lpa. About 60% students get placements. After getting my degree, I intend to get a good job in campus placements in companies like AWS, and go towards VLSI field
