My view on East West Institute
Likes
- College is well suited for students who want to enjoy college life, college is well maintained with friendly faculty and a good campus life
- Other than college I like extracurricular activities they conduct
Dislikes
- Need to work more on placement instead of academic results
- Fees should be lowered as students are coming from different state and district
Remarks :
I saw the building thought it'd be good and I'd heard the college is good for students who come from other districts or states, so I gave it a shot and visited the college by seeing the placement record I didn't join but ny seeing the academic results I've joined.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this college to study well and get placed, the teachers are very good they'll give you good internal marks and help you to gain knowledge. There'll be no extra term exams, there'll be only sem exams with two IA tests and It'd be easy to pass.
Internships Opportunities :
Our college brought an internship offering company which was a foreign company where the company invests in students' training to help them get places as interns. I worked on a few projects that were helpful for academics.
Placement Experience :
Since the college resides in an institution the preference is given to engineering college after then for our management students. Tcs and tech Mahindra company have visited 3-4 times and the highest package that a student got places was 5lpa only 40-50 per cent of students get places, at present I'm still pursuing my degree.
Campus Life :
They'll conduct an annual fest in August where students participate in ethnic day and dance performances. One sports day for physical activities it's a highly effective event in our college. There's a digital library and all types of books are available including the previous year's question paper. Well-maintained classroom, bench space is very large. I didn't stay in the hostel but a few of my friends were there they say it was a good hostel but the food quality is not upto mark and I was in pg opposite of college only.

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

Eligibility for the placements is 7+ cgpa if you have higher cgpa higher the chances of you getting shortlisted for the interview and it will be easy for you Recuriters visited Cisco,Visa,Emerson,NetApp and many more for the internships and full time Highest package is 56 LPA and average package will be around 10 LPA for the computer science and Engineering for other branches it may vary

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement

All the faculties are extremely well qualified from top institutions of the world and they are all extremely approachable and nice. The term exams we had were split like CP1, CP2, and CP3 of 20+25+25 marks each. They were some easy ones, and some application based, which develops the engineering thinking mindset
