- I like the support of the faculty given to the students when we need them in emergency.
- I love playing sports, college is more like a mediator to me to play sports.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is average and lot of improvement is to be done.
- Placement offers should increase for that industry ready training should be given to students it doesn't mean CRT .
Remarks :
I was mainly interested in computer science so in counselling, I got the college that was giving this so I joined. The college has mediocre infrastructure, management and placements. But from the day I joined to now, it has improved a lot. To get into this college you need to EAMCET exam and after qualifying you have to apply for college through counselling and you will get this branch. If you get a rank of around 40k you will easily get a seat in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
In counseling, I was getting this college which was giving me the branch I wanted and the college fees were also less compared to other colleges so I chose this course in this college. Faculty is also mixed reaction from my side. Some of them are extraordinary in teaching and knowledge, some are below ordinary in teaching and knowledge. But still, college is following the old style of teaching. Term exams are conducted timely and their difficulty is also medium college faculty will help in term exams and perform well in semester exams. There is no fee hike in my case and the cost to study is less expensive compared to others. We can avail of scholarships as the state government provides financial assistance to the students.
Internships Opportunities :
Presently I am not working on any internships. However, doing an AICTE internship in collaboration with IBM Skillsbuild and EDUNET Foundation where they train on AI & cloud using project-based learning and Lastly, if the projects are good they give an offer letter.
Placement Experience :
Our college has 65 % placement. The highest is 7 lpa and lowest is 1.8 lpa and the average is 3 lpa. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, Infosys, Byjus, Accenture etc come to our college even startups like LTmind tree, Turing AI, NIIT etc hire us. My plan after my degree is to do the job.
Campus Life :
Fests like tech, annual day, farewell, freshers party, sports competition, clubs competitions and festivals like Dasara, Bathukamma, Sankranti etc are celebrated. Even on special occasions like national events are also conducted. Frequent Guest lectures on technical and non-technical are conducted. The library is good enough mostly 90% of books related to the syllabus are available and other thesis papers and tech magazines are also available in the library. Sports class is also there weekly once but there's fewer sports equipment. Clubs like technical, cultural, sports, and entrepreneurship are present now. The hostel was good now before it was terrible. There were no basic amenities and low food standards. Now improved. To avail hostel facility we need to approach management and they will provide further details.

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

Reasons I chose NIAT
Placement Experience :
Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.

My experience at NIAT
Placement Experience :
NIAT is a relatively new institute the first batch hasn't graduated yet, so there isn't any official placement record available. However the college has done a good job of preparing students through practical learning, coding and real world projects. Many students have already secured internships from the first year itself which gives them valuable industry experience. Along with technical skills the college also provides guidance for resume building and interviews, making students feel more confident about future placement opportunities.

Eligibility is that we must maintain atleast 60-70% aggregate overall without any active backlogs.
