Remarks :
I had no idea about the college when I joined it and we didn't have any offline classes because of the coronavirus impact we entered 2nd year without any knowledge and when we attended the college I came to know that the staff was not up to level and I have not learned anything in first 3 yrs from the college and then in 3rd year the college management changed they made the college strict and changed staff and tried to encourage students and conducted several workshops etc., unfortunately, no companies visited our campus and we graduated without a placement from the college. In 2024, Our college became autonomous and our juniors are training perfectly under new management. The cut-off for this college is between 50k-70k for EAPCET.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course that I have chosen i.e. CSE(AI & ML) is an on-demand course and our batch was the first to be introduced to courses like CSM, CSC, CSD, and CSO. The scope for this course i.e. AI & ML is very high in the future because AI is going to overtake human beings in the future.
Internships Opportunities :
While I have not done any internships I have done several projects. College management conducts several Technical fests and encourages us to be part of it and do projects and they will guide us to complete the projects.
Placement Experience :
There were no companies attended for placements for our batch due to the recession but I hope our juniors will get many opportunities from this college. The highest package for our college is 9 LPA, 4 students got selected into intelligent company for 9 LPA.
Campus Life :
The festival will be conducted regularly on all special events like Sankranthi, new Year, Dussehra, etc. and we celebrate the annual day for 3,4 days every year. During the annual day fests like the Auto Expo, Science fair, DJ night, Traditional Day, Annual day, etc. will be celebrated grandly. For this college, we do not have a campus hostel we need to stay in a nearby hostel that is located in Medchal but the hostel will be monitored by our college management and buses will be provided for college students from hostel to college.

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

Placement Experience :
Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.

NIAT is a relatively new institute the first batch hasn't graduated yet, so there isn't any official placement record available. However the college has done a good job of preparing students through practical learning, coding and real world projects. Many students have already secured internships from the first year itself which gives them valuable industry experience. Along with technical skills the college also provides guidance for resume building and interviews, making students feel more confident about future placement opportunities.

Eligibility is that we must maintain atleast 60-70% aggregate overall without any active backlogs. Recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, AWS etc. Total no. of offers made: All branches combined get 700-1100+ offers. Highest package is 52 lpa offered by AWS, and average package is about 6 lpa. About 60% students get placements. After getting my degree, I intend to get a good job in campus placements in companies like AWS, and go towards VLSI field
