- Fests are celebrated on a large scale and freshers are conducted with huge pomp and show . Everyone enjoy to their fullest and participate enthusiastically
- The management try to place their students in good companies with good and great packages. They conduct seminars in order to make them aware of the current trending technologies in industries.
Dislikes
- The college is situated at a distance that takes for about an hour to reach from my home. This consumes 2 hours of my daily time and some additional time for waiting of the bus.
- Thet often declare second saturday as a working day when there is a half day due to an urgent need in the same week itself.
Remarks :
I chose this college as it is one of the colleges located nearby area. It is also a well-known college and I heard it from nearby people. As studies were also good in the college it was a good option. The bad thing that saddens me is it is located at a distance of about an hour from my location. It is not located at the road point but far from it. I got admission to Vignan's Institute of Information Technology through an entrance exam called eapcet exam conducted by the state government of Andhra Pradesh. After qualifying in the exam and securing a good rank. Later through counselling, I got admission to this college. Its cut-off was nearly around 15000 at the time of my admission. Admission was carried out through the eapcet entrance exam
Course Curriculum Overview :
New subjects were introduced in each semester that were related to the core field of CSE. Additionally, some other subjects were also included for external knowledge. As I am interested in programming and development, I chose this field. Faculties in the college are highly qualified. Some of them had done their PhD while others were doing their masters. The understanding of the subjects' concepts was based upon the way of teaching of the faculty. Some of their teaching is easy to understand while others were quite difficult to understand their explanation. 2 mid-exams, internals of lab subjects, end-semester exams, and externals of lab subjects are conducted each semester. The difficulty level depends upon the understanding of the subject concept and it's complexity. An amount of 52000 is charged per year with additional charges like library fees, University fees, semester exam fees, transportation fees, etc.
Placement Experience :
The placements and job opportunities are quite good in the college. To be eligible for the placements, a cut-off GPA is placed by the recruiters after the qualification of which it is possible to attend the interviews and complete them. Recruiters like Cognizant, Accenture, Amazon, Flipkart, justpay, etc. visit our college, and a count of more than 900+ offers are made every year as per my knowledge. The highest package offered is 31.5 LPA and the average package is 3.5 - 5 LPA are offered various roles such as SDE, cloud engineer, etc. I am to get a good placement during my college itself and place in a good MNC and settle well after the completion of the degree.
Campus Life :
Life on campus is very similar to other colleges. The infrastructure is quite good. Its beauty flashes in the eyes on the eve of fests or grand events. A fest called Yuvatarang is celebrated on a large scale in our college. a lot of dance events and programs are conducted and every student participates actively. The fest happens in the month of January every year. A variety of books. magazines, articles, and journals are available in the college library and is available for free for everyone in the college. Various sports and extracurricular activities are conducted by authorities at various events such as treasure hunts, poster competitions, project presentations, etc., and games like football, cricket, basketball, etc. Several groups and clubs are present in the college. Clubs like algozenith, gdsc, gfg, etc are present in college which interact with students and provide seminars.

Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

The average annual hostel fee is around Rs. 48,000 per student (or roughly Rs. 3,000 - 4,000 per month.The campus offers separate hostels for boys and girls with furnished rooms. Students note that the rooms are kept tidy, well-lit, and offer options for both single and shared occupancy.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Good infrastructure but needs better faculty.

Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
