Remarks :
Teaching wise college is overall good. And there are some cons also that there are only a few permanent lecturers but you will get guest lecturers for all subjects. You can go there by scoring in the KCET exam under 60k rank. I prepared for my KCET exam through books like Errorless and some PUC textbooks
Course Curriculum Overview :
As computer science Engineering was in the hype at that time and jobs in CSE were growing globally so I selected CSE. Qualification of the faculty is minimal they should have an M.tech and some of them have done Phd also. The term exam was like 1 in 6 months a total of 8 exams in 4 years and a difficulty level of 3/5. There was no fee hike policy and the cost to study was 20k /per year. Scholarships like SSP and NSP.
Internships Opportunities :
Yeah, there is an internship opportunity in 3rd year for like they give 2 months duration for students to do an internship at the student's expense only. Like. Many other companies provide internships like fuel etc.
Placement Experience :
Placements are not great at all as few companies come to our college and all are eligible for the campus. Recruiters like TCS and Infosys. The average package was like 3.5 LPA. But the percentage of students placed was too low like 20 per cent of students.
Campus Life :
Fest like freshers party for all new graduates came in 1st year like September and farewells. Another fest like cultural party and some sports. You can avail 5 books max in library and amenities like water in classrooms. There are sports activities once a year and extra curriculum activities like NCC etc.
Hostel Facilities :
Food quality was 3/5 like every hostel and the menu changes every day. Registration was in the college itself but as it is a government hostel, hostel bed occupancy was based on category and caste. I was staying in PG in Haveri city centre.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
