IRMA or Institute of Rural Management was founded by 1979 by the Father of the White Revolution in India, Dr Verghese Kurian. The institute offers a variety of courses in the Management stream. India Today ranked IRMA at 28 in the Management Stream, while IIRF ranked it at 21 in the same stream for 2024. IRMA, Anand was ranked 49 in the Management Stream by NIRF in 2024, as well.

PGDM in Rural Management is the flagship, among all the programs offered here. The candidate should have completed graduation with 50%, in addition to being a valid CAT/CMAT/XAT Rank Holder. Selection of candidates will be based on the IRMA Written Aptitude Test, followed by a Personal Interview.

In 2024, a total of 265 students were recruited from IRMA, Anand. The highest CTC offered was INR 31.16 LPA, while the average CTC was recorded at INR 14.14 LPA. The institute witnessed 63 reputed companies participating in the campus recruitment process and 325 job offers were made to the students. Amul, TATA, McDonalds India, AXIS Bank, Deloitte were some of the companies that recruited young workforce from here.

IRMA offers financial aid to deserving students via various streams and disciplines. Financial aid is granted to students from SC/ST/OBC/PwD Categories. Additionally, students are awarded financial assistance based on merit. Along with these schemes, Tuition Waiver Schemes are also granted as per AICTE Rules.
