LNMU Career Outcomes

LNMU is a state affiliating university, so it does not organise one central placement process for all colleges and departments. Many students from its PG teaching departments and constituent colleges move into government services, teaching, research, and private jobs.

In the NIRF 2025 data for the 2023-24 placement cycle, LNMU reported a median salary of INR 3.8 LPA for UG 4-year graduates and INR 3.5 LPA for PG 2-year graduates. Formal institutional placements included 5 UG 4-year students and 14 PG 2-year students. This shows that centralised placement activity is limited, and many graduates look for jobs through direct applications or competitive exams.
