What I didn’t like

Everything from Some of the faculty, toilets, Laboratories, Buildings, Rules

Placement Experience:

Placements are Non-existent for the mechanical department and the faculty does not even try to get companies to come to our campus. But they take full credit if any of the students get placed in a core company. The Highest Package in 2024 was 7.4 LPA which the student got due to his talent. But the College claims to be the reason they got placed which is shitty

Remarks:

I Got Through Counselling. To be honest this college wasn't even on my list. This is one of the 4 colleges in Tamilnadu to have a Geo-Informatics course which was my first choice. But I got stuck with Mechanical engineering. Looking back I should have listened to my father and chosen a nice private college.

Reality of life in Anna University Regional Campus, Tirunelveli

What I Liked

You can be free here no rules to follow that is the only positive I can find in this college

What I didn’t like

No ground facilities for sports you have to go to a ground in another college for practice
No proper faculties, no placement facilities
No symposium, tech fest etc not even department society gathering

Placement Experience:

As long as I know in my college days I have not even seen single on campus placement. If you want to study Geoinformatics you can come over here also you will have low fee structure but if you want to enroll in some other degree please don't even consider this college this college is a nightmare for you guys.

Remarks:

No exams to join this college purely based on 12th results, For general category students with 12th cut-off above 70 percentage have high chance olto enroll in this college. I joined this college because this is one of the colleges providing Geoinformatics degree course .

Placement Experience:

My college students are very talented so 3rd year to final years students are eligible for campus. Many top mnc IT companies are hire from our college. Their starting salary given to 25K for a selected campus interview candidate. My plan is to study PG course.

Remarks:

I expected only my surrounding district of the college and It will be one of the best University. So I will choosing this college. My admission is to be going through counselling process.It should be depends upon our Higher Secondary education cut off marks.The students will come from mathematical group from the school.
