Mangalayatan University (MU) is a private multidisciplinary university founded in 2006 through the Mangalayatan University Act, Uttar Pradesh. The School of Ayurveda and Paramedical Sciences adds a strong health sciences option in the Aligarh region. Along with BAMS, it offers advance diplomas in Medical Imaging Technology, Medical Lab Technology, and Operation Theatre Technology. The School of Management offers PGDM along with MBA.

Health Sciences (BAMS, B.Sc Nursing, BPT, B.Pharm)

For BAMS, NCISM rules apply, and students need 10+2 with PCB and at least 50% marks. SC/ST students need 45%. B.Sc Nursing and GNM require NEET UG or a state nursing entrance. Engineering (B.Tech)
