RUHS UG Admission 2026

RUHS UG admission includes MBBS, BDS, B.Sc Nursing, BPT, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc MLT, B.Sc OT and other allied health courses. MBBS and BDS admission is based only on NEET UG 2026 rank. Rajasthan has 5,529 MBBS and 1,141 BDS state-quota seats in 35 medical colleges and 16 dental colleges. The Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling Board under DME, Rajasthan fills 85% of these seats.

For nursing, pharmacy and allied health courses, RUHS CUET 2026 is used for admission. The exam took place on May 21, 2026, and the result was declared on June 2, 2026.

Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling 2026 is held in 4 rounds. Seat allotment depends on NEET UG rank, category and the choices filled by the student.

• 85% of seats are filled through Rajasthan state counselling at rajugneet.rajasthan.gov.in. The other 15% seats are filled by MCC under the All-India Quota at mcc.nic.in.
• Rajasthan domicile students can apply under all state-quota categories, including government, RajMES society, RUHS constituent, ESIC and private medical colleges.
• The security deposit starts at INR 10,000 for BDS government seats and goes up to INR 5,00,000 for private NRI MBBS seats.
• Students who get a seat must visit the allotted college with original documents within the given deadline.

How to Apply for MBBS and BDS at RUHS?

• Clear NEET UG 2026 conducted by NTA.
• Check medicaleducation.rajasthan.gov.in for the Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling notice.
• Register at rajugneet.rajasthan.gov.in and pay the fee: INR 2,500 for Gen/OBC/EWS and INR 1,500 for SC/ST Rajasthan domicile students.
• Choose preferred colleges and courses during the choice-filling period.
• After seat allotment, pay the required security deposit to confirm the seat.
• Report to the allotted college with original documents before the last date.

Key insight: Government MBBS seats in RUHS-affiliated colleges have an annual fee of INR 70,340. SC and ST students admitted through the state quota can get fee reimbursement under Rajasthan state scholarship schemes. Students should contact the college scholarship cell soon after admission to start the process.

RUHS CUET Selection Criteria 2026

RUHS CUET 2026 counselling allots seats on merit. Students are ranked by CUET score, and seats are given as per category and filled choices.

• The counselling fee is INR 550 per faculty course at ruhscuet2026.com.
• Rajasthan reservation rules apply for General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS and PwD categories.
• Application correction is allowed only during counselling registration. Corrections sent by email are not accepted after this window ends.
• 3 counselling rounds, including a stray vacancy round, will be held once the High Court stay is lifted.

How to Apply for Nursing and Pharmacy at RUHS?

• Check ruhscuet2026.com for the notice on counselling resumption after the High Court order.
• Register for counselling and fill out the form on the official portal.
• Pay INR 550 as the counselling fee for each faculty course.
• Enter preferred colleges and courses during choice filling.
• Download the seat allotment letter after each round and report to the allotted college.
• Take original mark sheets, category certificates and age proof for document checking.

RUHS PG Admission 2026

RUHS PG admission covers MD, MS, MDS and super-specialty courses. MD and MS admission is through NEET PG 2026. MDS admission uses NEET MDS rank. For MD and MS, the Rajasthan PG Counselling Board fills 50% of state-quota seats, and MCC conducts counselling for the remaining 50% All-India Quota seats in government and private medical colleges.

RUHS MD, MS and MDS Selection Criteria 2026

Rajasthan PG counselling for MD and MS is conducted in 4 rounds. State-quota seat allotment is managed by the Chairman NEET PG Admission Board at Govt. Dental College, Jaipur.

• The MD and MS counselling registration fee is INR 3,000 for General candidates and INR 1,500 for SC and ST candidates with Rajasthan domicile.
• Rajasthan government medical officers serving under the state can apply for 50% of government college MD and MS seats along with state-domicile candidates.
• DM and M.Ch super-specialty admissions are based on NEET SS. MCC manages 100% of DM and M.Ch seats in government, private and deemed colleges as per DGHS norms. Students must apply at mcc.nic.in.
• Rajasthan Medical Council registration is required before joining any MD or MS course.

How to Apply for MD, MS and MDS at RUHS?

• Qualify NEET PG 2026 for MD/MS or NEET MDS for MDS, conducted by NBE.
• Check ruhsraj.org for the Rajasthan PG and MDS counselling notice.
• Register on the state counselling portal and pay the applicable registration fee.
• Fill in preferred specialisations and colleges during choice filling.
• Accept the allotted seat by paying the security deposit and reporting to the college.

Students should confirm eligibility with the Directorate of Medical Education, Jaipur, before state PG counselling registration. This quota is separate from the general state-domicile merit list.

RUHS Scholarships 2026

RUHS-affiliated colleges are linked with several state and central government scholarship schemes. After admission and document verification, eligible students may receive fee reimbursement or direct scholarship support.

• Rajasthan Post-Matric Scholarship: SC, ST, OBC, EWS and BPL-category students in RUHS-affiliated government colleges can get full or partial fee reimbursement.
• National Scholarship Portal (NSP): Central government scholarships are open for health sciences students. Students can apply at scholarships.gov.in after admission.
• State Merit Scholarship: High-merit students in government-affiliated colleges can apply. Awards depend on academic performance and income rules set by the Rajasthan government.

Students must submit income certificate, caste or category certificate and admission documents to the college scholarship cell. Applications should be completed before the NSP and state scholarship deadlines announced for that academic year.
