The cut-off for MBBS at MPMSU for 2023 is mentioned below in the table. 

The hostel fee for the MPMSU is INR 12,000 per year but for the affiliated colleges and other courses, the hostel fee will vary as it depends upon the respective college's authorities.

Madhya Pradesh Ayurvigyan Vishwavidyalaya (Medical Science University) is a government university in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, established in 2011. It is affiliated with UGC and offers UG and PG courses in medical, dental, nursing, paramedical, Ayurveda, homeopathic, Unani, and Yoga. a total of 300 colleges are affiliated to MPMSU all over the state and the approx intake of these colleges is 80,000 students per year.

The MPMSU exam results will be declared by the exam office of the University. The exam office will declare the results of each year and program separately. The following exam results will be declared on March 7, 2024.

• BHMS Final Year (M&S) Examination Nov-2023.
• B.Sc Nursing 4th Year (M&S) Examination May-2023.
• MBBS Second Professional (Supply) Examination December 2023. (Corrigendum)
• Re-verification Result of B.P.Th 2nd Year Examination August 2023.

The following exam results will be declared on February 23, 2024 

• MBBS First Professional Examination November 2023.
• MBBS Second Professional (Supply) Examination December 2023.
• BAMS Third Year (Supply) Examination September-2023.
• BHMS First Year (Main & Supply) Examination October-2023.

The next MPMSU Entrance exam for the medical will be held on May 5, 2024, as per the NTA guidelines. The last date for application is March 9, 2024. The admit card release date is yet to be announced and the results will be declared on June 14, 2024, tentatively. For the Ug courses, the CUET UG exam will held from May 15 to May 31, 2024.

 In the following entrance exam, the candidate must appear and score valid marks.

• For the UG Programmes like; B.Sc, the Candidate must appear in CUET UG and score valid marks
• For the MBBS program, the candidate must appear in NEET UG and score valid marks. 
• For the MD and MS, the candidate must appear in NEET PG and score a Vaild Marks.
• For MDS the candidates need to appear for NEET MDS.
• For DM/M.Ch the candidates need to appear for NEET SS.
• For PG courses like; homeopathy, Siddha medicine, Ayurvedic medicine, and Unani medicine - AIAPGET
