One good thing is that placements aren't treated as something that only matters in the final year. From the early semesters we are encouraged to build projects, improve our coding skills, and create a strong resume. That gives us enough time to prepare instead of rushing later. The college also shares internship opportunities and guides students through the application process. There are resume reviews, mock interviews, and career sessions that help us understand what companies expect. I feel the support is there throughout the journey, the more effort you put in, the more you can benefit from these opportunities.
I chose to do an internship because I wanted some real world experience alongside my studies. The college regularly informs students about internship openings through its placement and career support team, so we don't have to search completely on our own.
Read Full ReviewSince I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.
Yes I opted for an internship while I was in my 1st year. It was a good experience because I got to work on real tasks instead of just projects. I learned how to work in a team, manage deadlines, and communicate in a professional environment. It also have me a better idea of what companies expect from students. Overall the internship helped me gain confidence and improve my practical skills which I think will be useful during placements as well
Read Full ReviewAs a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.

But the college has already started preparing us through coding pratice, resume building sessions, mock interviews, and career guidance. I like that the focus in on building our skills first instead of waiting until the final year. I feel this preparation will really help us when placement season begins.
I opted for a software development internship that was shared through the college placement team. Before the interviews we had sessions in resume building, aptitude, and interview preparation, which helped me a lot. During the internship, I worked in coding tasks, fixed bugs and contributed to a small team project. It was my first experience working in a professional environment so I learned not only technical skills but also how to communicate with teammates, manage deadlines, and solve real world problems. Overall it gave me more confidence and helped me understand what companies expect from the students
Read Full ReviewNIAT is a relatively new institute the first batch hasn't graduated yet, so there isn't any official placement record available. However the college has done a good job of preparing students through practical learning, coding and real world projects. Many students have already secured internships from the first year itself which gives them valuable industry experience. Along with technical skills the college also provides guidance for resume building and interviews, making students feel more confident about future placement opportunities.
I opted for an internship through the opportunities shared by the college. The selection process included an online assessment followed by an interview. During the internship, I worked on real projects, collaborated with a team, and got hands on experience with industry tools and technologies. It helped me improve my coding skills, problem solving ability, and communication. The experience also gave me a better understanding of how work is done in a professional environment and boosted my confidence for future internships and placements.
Read Full ReviewAs no batch has graduated yet so there is no proper placement record or data yet. But many 3rd year and 4th year students got placement opportunities. Though their work will be started after they complete their graduation. Till now the highest package is 40LPA, Apple. I have planned to open a startup of my own, and the help is also provided by NIAT. They fund good ideas and help in every way possible.
I did an internship on my 1st year for 6 months, and it was a paid internship. I got around 20,000 per month. Almost everyone from my batch got internships. But like any other college, we need to put some efort from our side as well. Overall more than 200 students got internship opportunities from NIAT.
