International Amigo Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

International Amigo Scholarship Application Procedure

- Candidates will be selected by the academic departments of the university where they have enrolled.
- No separate application form is available.
- The scholarship will be provided in a departmentally representative fashion.
- There cannot be more than 10 Amigo nominees from a single department.
- The graduate departments will select the nominees.
- They will nominate the students based on the International Admission decision form.
- The Office of International Admission will evaluate all the Admission decision forms and then inform the selected candidates via email.
- The selected candidates will send the acknowledgement and have to submit all the required documents.
International Amigo Scholarship Renewability Procedure
Here are the details about universities in USA renewability of the scholarship procedure:
- Candidates have to complete 9- graduate-level credit hours per semester.
- They have to obtain a minimum 3.0 GPA to renew this scholarship.
- The length of the course will be a maximum of 2 years for a Master degree. So, they can renew their scholarship for 2 years.
- Courses with the grades W, WF, WP, NC, WNC, NR, I Audit will not be included in the total completed semester hours.
- If they fail to meet all the requirements, they will lose the scholarship amount in the future.
