What I Liked

College infrastructure is food and some of the faculty is good
Campus life not that much good but it is batter

What I didn’t like

College have so many unwanted roles like boys and girls can't share food or seat together
There is no sports activities in yhe college

Placement Experience:

They say the placement is good and the company that place the students from the college is Micromax , google , Microsoft, vipro ect. the company that has have highest package is google is with 8-10laks per year and the position is in full stack development

Internships Opportunities:

The internship that opted in Kelton that made Ai Camara for The Kerala government has been permitted by the High Court here to release the second installment of over Rs 11crore to state-run electronics company Keltron for installing and operating artificial intelligence (AI) cameras aimed at detecting traffic violations and reducing road accide

What I Liked

The campus campus life is good and classrooms are nice.
The faculties are qualified well for teaching

What I didn’t like

Compare to other colleges the campuses small.
They aren't many events and their focused on learning

Placement Experience:

The campus will trainers for the interviews for the questions and everything the placements are good some of the recruiters are in forces TCS HCL. Most of the students of join integrated MCA have been placed with good package

Internships Opportunities:

For internship very good companies are coming like HCL, Infosys,TCS, etc. they are getting Very good stipend from the internships from the these companies. It depend upon the company as well in short good placements and good stipend .

What I Liked

qualified faculty. academically good. advanced syllabus
good placement training and opportunities

What I didn’t like

very less campus life. almost zero fests and programs. extremely strict management
hostel is pure vegetarian. cannot go out without prior permission and curfew is 6pm. hostelers not allowed to go out of the campus without a letter from HOD.

Placement Experience:

most companies ask for a cgpa greater than 7. some companies do not allow to attend exams if you have backlogs. main recruiters are KPMG , DELOITTE, FEDERAL BANK, GRANT THORNTON, IBM, INFOSYS, BAJAJ ALLIANCE, JP MORGAN etc campus placements are good. average salary around 6 lpa

Review about my current life

What I Liked

The students here that i got as friends are the only good thing here i guess
Also the atmosphere here is also pretty good its really calm here

What I didn’t like

Campus life ain't here only academics for students
Infrastructure is moody and old mainly classrooms are not that advanced

Placement Experience:

The only thing here is placement students are comming here only for placements ain't for college life if you did pass and have a cgpa of 8 and above only then you'll be selected for campus placements here

Internships Opportunities:

Am at my second year after this semester the placement department here called CIR will help us for getting internships and only we can apply without college so am trying my best for getting a internship

What I Liked

the surrounding of the collage is a very good thing that i felt .
events like Samiksha ,camera speaks are very good and the collage has a positive vibe

What I didn’t like

no sports or extra curricular activities
collage is strict and some rules feel awkward

Placement Experience:

the eligibility criteria for placements is above 7 SGPA. placements starts from 9th semester many companies like mocrosft intel and other good it companies give placements. the average salary is around 600000 per year 80% of amrita students get placed in good companies my plan is to work as developer for 2 years and go abroad.

Internships Opportunities:

till now i havnt opted any internships as i am not interested but our collage is providing internships .TCS and infosys are the main companies which provide internships maximum stipend is 10k .i havnt done any projects till now

Amrita arts and science college

What I Liked

The surroundings of the college is nice,filled with trees.It has a very calm environment.
There are many good facilities like computer labs,libraries etc
The faculty here are nice and friendly.They helps us with any trouble.

What I didn’t like

Even though there are good faculty,they are very strict about the rules.
The lack of events and programmes is a disappointment.
The classes are from 9-4:30.It is very tiring as the periods are 1 hour each.

Placement Experience:

You must have atleast 7 cgpa to attend the interviews.They say they give 100% placements.The highest package someone has got here is 17 lakhs per annum as a fresher.The lowest is about 5 lakhs.There are many companies that come here for recruitment like Microsoft , Intel , nokia etc.My plans after getting the degree is getting into the placements.

Internships Opportunities:

The internships are on the 3rd and 4th year students obtain paid internships as a part of their PG programme at leading companies such as Microsoft, Google, Intel, Nokia etc. These internships last six months to one year and often lead to direct placements within their respective companies.

I'm so glad to give a review on my college.

What I Liked

The college has a good syllabus , and it's interesting
They teaches to be in a competition with others and track the interview

What I didn’t like

The college has a strict uniform Not. A gender neutral college
The college won appreciate any kind of college fest Or programmes

Placement Experience:

Training for the policemen will start at second year and the internship will be started on the third year. We will have to do a lot of projects and do a lot of certification. It's good, They teach them it as part of the syllabus

Internships Opportunities:

I just started my second year. So I'm not yet to do any internships. But I'm pretty sure they will go with the internship and have a pretty interview session. And they are giving training on how to attempt the interviews.

What I Liked

THE COLLAGE HAS EXCELLENT PLACEMENT COMPARED TO OTHER COLLAGES
THE COLLAGE ALSO PROVIDE EXTRA CERTIFICATE COURSE WHICH HELP US GET PLACEMENT.

What I didn’t like

THE COLLAGE HAS LESS FEST COMPARED TO OTHER COLLAGES
THE COLLAGE DOES NOT HAVE NON VEG ITEMS IN THE CANTEEN

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunity is one of the best as they are one of the most reputed colleges in India. During the start of the final year, the placement company starts to visit the campus and conduct various interviews for the placement. Even without getting placement the graduation certificate from this college holds more value than other colleges. They also have an extra subject which trains the student for the placement purpose.

Internships Opportunities:

Yes I have, the college provides students with internship opportunities during the sem break and it's up to us whether we choose to do it or not. The internship company also provides stipends. It usually lasts only a month it could be online or offline depending on the company.

Yes, I Recieved an internship from Outlook Publishing pvt ltd. The role was as a business analyst. It was a summer internship programme for all eligible students all over the university. Many students from our class got into this internship

After completing BCA im Plan on being a web developer and if no campus placement is provided, I shall do off campus placements. 28.4 LPA has been the highest salary received and 10 LPA has been the average salary

Internships Opportunities:

No I haven’t been opted to any internship I’m planing to do one but I’m Amrita there are many companies coming here so many international companies like ibm federal bank and more but if you’re doing you’re intern you won’t get paid
