What I Liked

The infrastructure of Asansol girls college is well other than the Colleges under kazi nazrul University.Campus security is also there having police quarters next to the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had interest in botany so I chose botany. The faculty are well experienced having an M.phil/PhD degree in their field . scholarship are also provided to students having a higher percentage of more than 90. Timely formfillup and exams are conducted about every 6 months and the result is released online.

Remarks:

I got selected according to the merit list and after that, I went for councilling.Asansol Girls College is an A-credited college with a clean environment . The professors are well-experienced and friendly.The Library and other departments are well furnished.

College review

What I Liked

I love the college library and its campus. I also like college teachers very much
I like the rooms and garden area of the college.

What I didn’t like

I don't like some of the benches in the college because they are a bit bad.
And I don't like college seminar halls.

Placement Experience:

There is nothing like placement and internship in my course, but in other courses the college provides good placement and internship. Which is very good for the students, 60% of the students get placement.

Remarks:

Is it a good idea to study in a girls college or the reason for studying in a girls college is that the college admission process is to fill up the online form and not have to give any entrance exam for admission.

Best experience

What I Liked

I like the behaviour of the staffs and teachers.
I like the teaching methods which easily understand.

What I didn’t like

I disliked the security system because they never check college I'd card at time of entering.
I dislike the shortage number of previous year questions paper in Library.

Placement Experience:

There is no placement for BA courses because after completing BA we do MA and others higher studies for getting job so I don't think there is any job placement for BA courses.so this my final answer about the placement

Remarks:

There is no entrance exam for taking admission in asansol girls' college but sometimes your 12th percentage matter for some courses.you can fill form through online platform and then college send you confirmation message that you are eligible or not for this specific course.
