What I Liked

Only the teaching and teachers were good.

What I didn’t like

Nothing except the teaching experience and the teachers.

Placement Experience:

There is no provision of college placement for all only toppers get in tcs. They need to be above 7 cgpa the companies came n do interview and according to the interview they get to know either they would be placed or not.

Remarks:

It was decent for bca so i opted for this college. The teachers were also decent and they were helpful for all but the scheduled dates for exam dates were not favorable in every scenario otherwise the teaching experience is good.

What I Liked

Infrastructure:- 5star Faculty:- 5 star Campus Life :- 5 star

What I didn’t like

As I already said that I have no bad experience in the college so I cannot share any kind dislike

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have already mentioned twice about the faculty,and the qualification of each and every faculty member is Ph.D in their own field. Since it is affiliated to Guwahati University so the exam timings are followed as per the instructions of the University.And the difficulty level of the exam depends on the amount of hard work you would be doing.

Remarks:

Bad aspects:- I have no bad experience in this college so I would not be able to share any kind of bas aspects. Good aspects:- The best part about this college is their faculty members,you would find them to be the most supportive and caring one. Admission procedure:- You have to apply in this college through “SAMARTH PORTAL” and your class 12 percentage would decide that if you are able to take admission in this college or not.The safe percentage you should hold to get admission in this college is (60-70)%.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am from IT department and it's pretty good I should say . They have labs with 20 or more computers i guess . They provide smart boards in every classroom, good and friendly teacher and nice environment

Remarks:

Admission depends on ur 12th percentage, different courses different percentage needed like if u have 60 or 50 percentage or above it u can join IT or CS department. I choosed lcb because they have a good reputation in computer science

What I Liked

The teachers of my department are very good and they give us a better experience
The classroom are clean and beautiful with latest technologies gadgets

What I didn’t like

The college is too small there is not place even to stand and no physical activities
The labs in the college is too outdated and the computer are too old

Placement Experience:

There is no campus placement in our college but they will prepare you and help you get off campus placement in some so yam you will have to focus on DSA and development and make projects and have to participate in hackathon to win.

Remarks:

I have checked in google and this college has the best rating in Assam so I took this college and joined here . I haven't applied to any other colleges. There is no exams for admission process you just need to be 12th pass to join this college

Lalit Chandra Bharali College,The best college for BCA in Guwahati.

What I Liked

The infrastructure of college is pretty good according to it's location.We studied in smart classrooms.Our faculty used to teach us in smart classrooms.
The faculty are very helpful.The always helps us and encourage us.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The fees of the college are reasonable. Our department faculties were good too. Decent college for the students who live near Kamrup District. Facilities are helpful. But there is a problem. Due to the college being affiliated with Gauhati University, the exams of BCA take place after the exams of BSc and BA. The exams of BCA take place after 1.5 or 2 months of regular courses.

Remarks:

I went searching for the best college for BCA in Guwahati then this college's name showed up. Everybody has a dream when they go to a new college. My dream was shattered when I went to this college. Overall this college is decent for studying but didn't match my expectations.
