The placements are so good in our college and the main reason to join this college is for the placements companies like big four deloit Zoho like this top companies will be in the placement in our college

The Placement opportunities at Vivekananda College are very good. top companies like Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, Sutherland, KPMG and many banks and medium-scale companies will be recruiting students from our College. Many of my friends and classmates have been placed in good companies with attractive packages even being in the second year of the course only. The placement cell in the college will help the students with interviews by conducting development programs and mock group discussions.

Anyone interested is eligible for the placement according to the criteria provided by the companies. The big four will be coming to the placement, which are E&Y, KPMG, Delloite and many more companies will be coming for the placements. The highest package for a B com graduate which is offered in the placement is Rs 39000, and the average will be ranging between Rs 18000 - 20000. 60% of the students will be getting placed at different companies and the rest may have some other plans, some won't attend the placements. I've a plan to start a business on my own.

The campus placements are very good in this college. The placement cell will help all the students very much and they will help them to improve their skill sets and knowledge by conducting an orientation program for students to crack their interviews. Good recruiters like TCS, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, Mindspirit, CITI Bank, City Union Bank, and KPMG are on the placement boards. Personality development programs will be conducted for the students in the 3rd year to attend the placements and achieve success. Only in B.COM (Accounting and finance) dept will provide students in the 2nd year with internships with audit firms and banks with certification. Other departments won't do this.

We do have a separate cell for placement and Top companies like TCS Axis Bank etc will visit our college every year seeking talented candidates to work for them. The eligibility criteria for placements will differ according to the company's requirements.

The eligibility criteria for getting placements in our college is getting higher scores in exams and very talented students will place in placements above 75%is I plan to become a CMA so I am not interested in these placements.

In our college the placements and also the jobs are given after the completion of the 3rd year there will be more companies which will come to our college for placements 80 percent of students are getting placements after the completion of degree they also get a high package of salary. The eligibility for going to placement is to get good marks in semester exams and also to get a good percentage of marks to get placements. The interviews are taken by the companies and also in our college there will be a placement officer who suggests and also explains about the interviews taken .
