Seth RCS College of Arts and Commerce was founded to deliver quality education for society and to help students build their abilities through a focused academic environment.

The college offers facilities that help distinguish it from other institutions. Along with computer laboratories and a library, it provides a gymnasium facility. The campus has a multi-gym that functions under the supervision of a senior in-charge. Updated computer labs are available for student use, and the library includes periodicals, journals, and leading books across subjects. The college is also planning to introduce online access so students can use library resources more effectively.
