UG Programme Admission

Most UG courses admit students through Class 12 marks. BA, B.Com, BBA, BCA, and B.Sc core programmes usually do not need an entrance test.

• Students must pass Class 12 from a recognised board. For B.Sc science courses, PCB or PCM must be main subjects. Most B.Com specialisations need a Commerce background.

PG Programme Admission

For PG courses, students must take an entrance test conducted by the college and then attend a personal interview. For subject-based MA and M.Sc courses, graduation in the relevant main subject is compulsory.

• MA, M.Sc, and M.Com applicants need graduation in the concerned discipline with the minimum marks stated in the yearly prospectus.
• MSW applicants may come from any graduation stream, but they must show aptitude for social work.
• The written test checks subject knowledge and analytical ability. Final merit depends on entrance test score, interview performance, and past academic record.

M.Phil and Ph.D. Admission

For research programmes, applicants need a postgraduate degree in the relevant subject with at least 55 percent marks.
