As I am a arts student I have to choose arts subject, I have also some love to bengali literature. I admitted to this college under New Education Policy 2020. The faculties are very friendly. They are very police to students.

I have opted for B.Sc mathematics honours. It has total fourteen core papers in math. And some generic elective papers on different semester. You have to complete those 14 core and 4 elective papers within 3 years generally. To be honest the faculties provided by the college is very good. Teacher's are very helpful as well as the nin teaching office staffs. They are always very helpful. Our exam pattern was semester based. There are total 6 semester. And all have the duration of 6 months including exam. College teacher conducts a class test before the main exam in every paper . Personally I felt you have to give most of your time in study. Otherwise you may feel hard and sometimes you may fail to clear the exam. The syllabus is good. But it needs some improvement. There are no extra hidden money required for the course. You need a total of 20,000 to 25,000 in all 3 years. And there are some scholarship available like viveknanda scholarship for financial support.
