I choose this course because I was particularly interested in leadership qualities, mass addressal, fighting the slightest of my stage fear, returning back to my previous self before the COVID period and my zeal towards the art of debating. The faculty in our department have all pursued masters in journalism and mass communication while some are also pursuing PHD alongwith teaching and some have already completed their PHD and are working as professors. Some of the experienced faculty master their subjects and maintain proper deliverance of the same. The new recruits in the staff are not yet experienced and so struggle with finding their own subject which is why they are assigned different subjects from which in some subjects their instructional quality and methodology is not up to mark . The term exams are scheduled consistently, with minimal chances of postponement or rescheduling. The difficulty levels of the exams are moderate althought this level also varies from students

All our faculties are highly qualified and that is quite evident in the way of teaching. All the courses are set up with separate deans which is great for administrative purposes. I don't think I would have been trained any better than this. Currently, our college made me sign up with a very popular radio company and it's so good to have exposure to fields one wants to try. Our annual exchange Disney semester programme has boosted too from May to October which is again a drastic opportunity
