College offers many placement of placement and job opportunities that criteria for placement depends depends on the number of students it also depends upon the marks the student has scored the student should have more than 50% for placement the frequent visitors for placement are Sun Pharma and their many office made one of which is on the higher side of 40k and average is about 25k the percentage of student getting placement is near about 80% and my plan about after come graduating from here is to purse you higher education.
I have not taken any internships get as I am still in my second year but will be planning to taking one soon on my 4th year there are many opportunities are wearing from industries to clinical research to pharmacy .
Read Full ReviewThe placement process at Amrita is good. We can apply from the first year onwards. Two of our batchmates from another department got selected for one year internship when Novartis came for placement. With a salary of 25,000 per month with training.
Novartis is the company that came with an internship offer with a stipend of 25000 per month with training. Mainly they are dealing with quality operations. With regular exams and screening before promotions.

No as I am a first year student i didn't opt for any internship or any practice in the hospital we are having practice section in clinics from our second year onwards and we have internship from sixth year.

Read Full ReviewGood companies like IQVIA, Cipla, Sun pharma etc do provide career opportunity as trainee in their institutions. Apolo pharmacy, Aster pharmacy, reliance pharmacy and retail pharmacy units also provide jobs. Hospitals and other community pharmacies provide job opportunities. Medical writing. Clinical trial companies also enables intake of students.
I did opt for internship but it's disappointing to find the good companies don't come up for placement drives. Training for soft skills and logical reasoning is provided but is not taken seriously. The placement cell is highly disorganized and mismanaged.

I had done my practical hours in a Pharmacy. Mandatory 150 hours we have to do during our 2nd year and 3rd year University holidays. I stood at a hospital pharmacy. We can chose anywhere we want and after that we have to present.

The placement has been increased by 25% for B pharm and declining for pharm D in 2022 with median average package of 4LPAfor pharm D. The top recruiting companies for pharm D include Tata Consultancy, indegene, KIMS etc.
The pharm D course is for 6year with 5 year collage and 1 year internship programe . So it is mandatory for students to complete an internship in the 6th year in the hospital. The hospital provides all the facilities for practicing as an intern. Also practical training starts from 4rth itself . Every student of pharmD has to publish a research paper or a review article within the 6years for getting the degree certificate .
