One of the main factors that attracted me to this college is one obviously it's Amrita university so it is globally recognised which can be very useful for my future. At the day of admission there was an interview and yeah I wrote AEEL as entrance test .
Amrita does provide more convenient curriculum and marking system. Although we have a tight schedule but faculties are doing their best to make us don't feel that congestion. There are professors, assistant professor's and associate professor's. We basically have two internal exams in every three months, and semester exam every six months. About the difficulty of exams I would say it is moderate.
Amrita school of pharmacy does have a good placement options as there is tie-ups with several known firms. Dr. Reddy's, Apollo, Amrita hospital, aster, Lupin, etc. Amrita gives hundred percentage placements. I'm looking forward to take masters in pharmacy.
In first year I paid two lakh sixty three thousand totally, which was divided as-one lakh seventy five thousand as tuition fee, sixty three thousand as other fees , eighty thousand as hostel fees. But as the of the second year I paid two lakh eight thousand as total annual fees, which is divided as one lakh forty five thousand as tuition fee, sixty three thousand as hostel fees. And there was an admission fee of two thousand five hundred which was non-refundable.
Well yeah obviously it's Amrita it is quite strict. About social life there is no clubs around . Well yeah there is multiple restaurant's, cafe's, supermakets around the campus. The only fest we have is our art's fest that too once in a year. Library does have every refference books, guides, etc for education purpose, and journals are also available.
Yeah I'm a hosteler. Hostel is ok ok , cleanliness is not upto the mark ,washrooms and toilets are also not upto the mark. Food and all are fine. We have a curfew of Nine 'o' clock which I think is less. It might be better to opt being a pain guest nearby.
The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that
college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.
I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events, and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects, giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.
There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech. There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary
The faculity is generally experienced and supportive most students are satisfied. With the teaching clinical exposure. Facilities are friendly with the students. Regularly conducts class test and model exam to help students prepare for their studies and university examination. Faculties are high qualified and experienced
Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.
I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
As I'm a first year student I've not got information about the placement but there are so many placement options from South Indian Bank, icici bank and also from companies like deliotte etc The college has connection with many international companies too.
Minimum criteria for placement is for a student with minimum arrears.Even though supply there if you have skill then you will be placed .Amal Jyothi has a better placement compared to other college and is very good
